Wingstop

Soggy fries & flabby wings. With the store a long 15 min. drive away I wasn't expecting hot food. Since I requested extra cook time on the wings to get them extra crispy, I had hoped to get at least semi crispy. The order is in my oven now, hoping to revive it.Flavors on Lemon Pepper rub and Korean sauce are good. Door Dash Driver was able to follow directions!

Was hoping for the best since I went into the store. The customer service was nice at the greeting but service over all was not good. Got a sandwich that took over 20 mins to prepare incorrectly with stale products. Very disappointed.

The food was amazing they cooked my wings extra well done as requested I asked for the fries to be crispy and extra well done as well but they were still soggy but a few of them did get cooked longer I'm very impressed with the level of customer service but the cleanliness of the tables was lacking didn't want to stay and eat because there was no clean tables

I do not recommend this wing stop. They didn't give me what I asked for which was well done chicken and fries. Not to mention the fries had NO seasoning and my chicken was barely sauced/seasoned. Under cooked, under seasoned. I'm disappointed and still hungry because I'm not eating this BS. Do better.

#1 Son, (aka only son), has been jonesing to hit the W-stop, and has yet been able to, so I thought that I would torture him a little bit, my friend, and I, Denver J, also had never been so we thought we'd give them a try.I ordered the 8 piece, 4-Spicy Korean style, and 4-Mango Habanaro, I thought both sauces were terrific. J got his 8 with Lousiana Rub, and polished them of in short order.Fries that we ordered were hot, fresh, and not greasy, (J ate most of his on the way back to the house so I gave him some of mine)...In all I was very happy with the food served at the WS and would difinitely hit it again in the near future, the only draw back is that it's about a twenty minute wait, but the wings were worth it.

I think the reviews here are pretty harsh and not about the food but a lot of crappy food delivery gripes. We walked in. Ordered. Got what we wanted in a decent amount of time. Hickory smoked BBQ was a bit spicy and pretty saucy. Garlic Parmesan was the winner. Wings were cooked just right. Fries were great. Literally nothing left! Wiped clean. The blue cheese dressing is pretty amazing. I wanted more. Customer service was great. Customers coming the door were not exactly that great. I will say this area has some interesting patrons. People watching makes up for anything subpar with the food.

I accidentally sent my order to this location thinking it was the one down the street and I am sooooooo upset I put extra crispy on my order 3 different times they even had it written on the bag but the wings were still soft (not crunchy or crispy at all) and my fries were soggy asf like ridiculously soggy ‍ I do not recommend this location trust the reviews they're not lying

I placed a phone order at 4pm. They informed me it would be a 30 minute wait. I arrived there at 4:30 and waited an additional 30 minutes just to be told phone orders would be an additional 20 minute wait after I already waited 1 hour. I arrived home with my order greasy and wings not fully cooked! I will never eat there again! Monique

The man that took our order over the phone was very nice and had excellent customer service. Our food was delicious and it was correct. I'll definitely keep going to this location

i don't know why anyone would eat fast food in denver everyone is incompetent and not kind. they forgot 3 wings?, my carrotts and my fries had no seasoning despite asking for extra. NEVER COME HERE
