Order this through door dash. Took 30 mins more to deliver this order even though we ordered this 20 mins before our chillis order. Meh, it's okay. Door dash driver did you dirty. However, I didn't realize you could order chicken thighs?! I heard there was a wing shortage. These guys came to us crispy but we order our stuff Naked so we don't risk the sauce making the skin soggy. Just a preference. We are the dipping kinda folk. Good sauces. Nice size. Oh and those little chicken pieces that look like nuggets. I ate those by the palm full.

Never coming to this location again!!!! Been here 3 times and had a horrible experience every single time!!! First time, waited 45 min for my food. Second time, they forgot a sandwich and I called 3 different times to speak to someone and didn't receive an answer. Third time was today.. waited a whole HOUR for the food. Fries aren't seasoned and food was cold. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

1.food Good food really good wings sadly Service. We were the second ones in the store. Ordered directly in restaurant. Lady was nice not rude, just wish they were more welcoming. Something that should be improved is cleanliness. We saw a cockroach in building. Dirty black floor where they aren't cleaned regularly. (I work fast food) There shouldn't be any pests in building if it's clean. Bathrooms didn't have paper. Pipes might be broken if toilet doesn't flush right. Had to wait to flush a second time as fluids didn't go through. Once our order came out they placed it on the rack without calling out the name. They knew it was ours as we placed the order before (door dashers came for there online.) after rush cleared out the guy infront of us got his name called and still ours on the rack. I went up to male in register and asked if our order was ready. He said yes we forgot my bad bye thank you. I don't think it's workers fault definitely management. Lack of discipline to works.

Got the boneless meal deal the "wings" were nugget size at best and I got lemon pepper and they might as well been naked there was no hint of pepper and a slight taste of lemon. Usually one of my favorite wings at any restaurant but I would've been better off getting chicken nuggets from McDonalds or Wendy's next door.

The staff here really need training in customer services. They are rude, have the personality of a rock and obviously nobody ever taught them how to say thank you or you're welcome. The wings were on point, but the fries were soggy. I prefer to take my business elsewhere.

Wings were great but I didn't get what I ordered. There was a lot lost in translation as I don't speak Spanish and the cashier didn't speak English. When I called to tell the store I didn't get what I ordered I was told I got what I ordered, when I said I wanted celery, carrots, fries and blue cheese with the 30 piece family pack I ordered I was told that's not what I ordered. I asked to talk to the manager because the young man I was talking to clearly didn't understand he said he was the manager and it shouldn't matter if someone doesn't speak English if they are learning. Look I support all people in all ways but this was not what I ordered and I shouldn't have to be told by a 16 year old to suck it up because I got what I ordered when I didn't. (-Negative stars) I've had a few horrible experiences at this location, but today takes the cake. I did an online order and after submitting the order I realized I made a mistake. I then called the location and was on hold for 45min. I hung up called back finally got an answer. I explained what had happened and the manager (Daisy) told me that my order was already made. I told Daisy that I had been on hold for 45min to try and make a correction to the pickup time and she said there was no way I was on hold, because thier cashier was taking all the phone calls.. Please that's BS, maybe they answered, but they were putting the calls on hold. I asked for a fresh order to pick up at the correct time and was rudely told fine they would do it. Then 2min later the store manager (Martha) calls me back and says they have canceled my order because I was rude to her staff?!? Excuse me I was on hold for 45min and you called me a liar.. Needles to say this location has a shit manager and even worse staff. Please visit the location on 120th and Colorado.
