Wingstop

I'm sorry because I don't like to write bad reviews, but the chicken sandwiches today were bad. We actually get Wingstop every once in a while for their boneless wings and tenders (tenders are better for sure), but they had a bogo on the sandwich so we thought... why not?They just honestly were bad...the chicken was dry, overcooked to the point of almost burnt, thin, and lacking any flavor except for salt. Neither of my sons could finish their sandwich.The staff, however, was very nice and personable when picking up the order that was placed online.Not sure if we will be back or not.

Place is clean. Dining room is closed. Patio is open. Drink station is for employee only.Price has gone up a lot since my last visit. Still had draft options but bottled beer list is .... noneStill smells bad from the next door nail shop. Dang. I'm getting headaches just waiting for my food

I love the service at this location. The staff is very friendly. The food is always fresh, and the restaurant is always clean. This franchisee really knows what they are doing.

They suck they are dirty and pissy customer service. They food is raw and they will not take accountability. I had to throw away my raw chicken. Be careful when you eat at this place. This specific one they just have bad customer service.

Waited over a half hour for 20 wings and fries. Extremely ridiculous considering the place was empty. Were these employees not trained to call out orders when complete? Noticed another Yelper down below share a similar situation less than a month ago here and I'm appalled things still haven't changed. Someone needs to get ahold of the franchise owner and tell them their management team is failing them.

"Fried" corn is barely cooked...after three different orders, I'm done trying. Wings are hit or miss. I always order mine extra crispy and 50% of the time they aren't cooked longer than normal. Fries are also hit or miss. Today the fries have ZERO seasoning on them so I if I could rate any lower than a 1, I would! And this rating is not based off one visit; this rating is based off several visits.Update 7/23/2019: after taking a break from Thus location for a while we decided to give them another shot....big mistake. The wings are never cooked properly. The fries corn still hasn't improved what so ever and the fries, even when we request to cook to extra crispy, come out soggy and undercooked with barely any seasoning.I'd say 10 or so visits is more than enough experience to give the 1-star rating. We kept coming back because it convenient and close.....I'll drive to Flaming Hot or Woodys next time I want wings!!

The wings are cooked to perfection, boasting a crispy exterior while remaining juicy and tender on the inside. The vibrant, casual atmosphere adds to the enjoyment, making it a perfect spot for gathering with friends or enjoying a quick bite. These wings were so good i genuinely got up and had to griddy in the middle of the store. Whoever made those wings are seriously a blessing from god.

The service tonight from Kolby from what we heard was the "manager" was very rude and snappy. I wouldn't recommend he also got the orders wrong and charged 3 dollars for ranch while we paid for the meal not getting any. He walked away when asking him a question. The food was also not very appealing or tasty.

Terrible food and customer service the estimated wait time is about 45 minutes off of what reality is. They do not listen to special instructions that people pay extra for or respect pick up orders. This location and staff is a joke

Waited forever. Literally ridiculous. Everything tasted like shit 0/10 I would not recommend coming here at all.
