Wingstop

I was worried after reading the reviews when I placed an online order for pickup at 4:00 but to my surprise, our online order was packed and ready to go at our pickup time. The wings and fries were still hot with a nice crisp. Everything was full of flavor and didn't feel dry. We ordered the lemon pepper, bbq, and garlic Parmesan. Our favorite was the garlic Parmesan. It was delicious.Maybe it depends on the time you order and how busy they are. We ordered at 3:30 for 4:00 and that's usually an early dinner time for most so it's not too crazy.

Ordered a 3pc tender combo and what I got was not tenders.. the last time I got food from here there was no issues but now I don't think I'll ever be back.

I ordered on their website, which gave me the option to have my food delivered. I ordered my food at 6:24pm. I gave a $5. Tip and their website said it would be to me by 7:05pm, so I waited, when 7:05pm came and went. I check Wingstops website and now it said 7:35pm. I waited, it came and went, I checked their website again and it said 8:45pm. I called them and a girl answered and first tried to tell me I called the wrong location because they don't deliver. I explained I know where I ordered and she put me on hold and them came back and said my food was there and I could come get it. I went and explained I ordered 2 hours ago and this guy clearly didn't care and said they don't deliver and I must have used Door dash. I showed him their website and he said they use door dash. I explained I ordered at 6:24 and now it's past 8pm. He found my order and handed it to me.He didn't try to order to remake it, refund and wouldn't help me with the fact I gave a $5 dollar tip, travel fee, etc. I would highly recommend VERY to use this location again. If they can't give the very thing they sell, which is service, they shouldn't be in business. I will continue to write on all my other platforms until I get a refund or they close down.

I went in there and ordered a really simple meal. Six boneless combo and it comes with two sauces. And it comes with one ranch and a beverage and your choice of fries or veggies. I ordered a simple order in the gentleman behind the counter, chose to charge me for both of my extra sauces. What is the world coming to when people have to manipulate everything. I came here yesterday. The food is OK. Not too bad. I asked him for a refund and it took them over five minutes to process this. The disrespect of some individuals that are young and uncaring in this world is beyond its reproach. I will never come to Wingstop ever again in my life due to this particular individual in this facility.

Alright, hear me out... I already LOVE Wingstop, y'all. I really have sold my soul for their lemon pepper SAUCE. That's the key to Wingstop for me! An order of bone-in lemon pepper wings with a side of lemon pepper sauce. Yes, I go hard! So, I'm rating it hard! This was my first time at this location and from what it read on the outside... it's a brand new location! When you first walk in, you'll notice how spacious and clean the space is! I was greeted by a young gentleman that was pleasant to accommodate my order! I added a side of celery with ranch, because I'm eating a low carb diet... so Wingstop is always a great stop for me or for anyone looking to live that low carb life on-the-go! I love that the bone-in wings are not breaded! Plus, I love my wings super crispy and that's exactly what they delivered for me today. Everything was delicious and just look at the celery itself! How fresh and beautiful right?! Anywho, I would give my overall rating a 4.5 but it wouldn't let me select that. So, I'm rounding up because my food and service was great! It's just very cold inside of this location and my lemon pepper side sauce was only filled halfway instead of all of the way! It does cost $1.50 for a side of sauce, so I wanted it all! But, my experience was really nice minus the level of A/C being put into the restaurant. I would come back here again and if you're in the neighborhood for some yummy, crispy wings... go here! It's worth it.

Good wings and good service. The way that the staff at this wing-stop location treated me was above wonderful and the area was clean and free from trash and debris. I could really tell that they knew how to make chicken wings at this location.

I had an issue where there were 9 wings in my 10 piece combo. I called in to see if they could make it up to me next time, since I already got the meal. If I get charged by the wing, I want to get the amount of wings I pay for. Shawn was on the phone the first time and said he'd take care of me. I called to order about 2 weeks later and spoke with Shawn again, and to my surprise he remembered exactly who I was and the situation. His customer service in remembering me, and what he added to my order was more than generous and made up for the mistake. He really left a great impression that he really cares about the people coming in and ordering. I appreciate everything, and the food is always great! Thanks again!!

I want to like them because I love Wingstop but it looks like I'll have to find another location. Every time I come in here it's like there's a party or a potluck and workers are walking around eating and not washing their hands when they go back to the back. Not to mention my food was not cooked all the way and there was hardly any sauce/ dry rub on my wings. I will not be coming back....

I'm complaining to corporate at this point. My order is never right. The people are nice but dang, read the ticket.

I was literally joking with my husband, telling him not to order from this wingstop because they're so bad. Sure enough, when our order was "ready" the entire staff was hanging out in the restaurant, not doing anything. Needless to say, our order wasn't "ready". They all got up and started cooking our food. lol! What a joke.
