I can see why this place is viral. The music and decorations are over the top, as is the short of "show" they do depending on what you order (like shots or a fancy drink). The food itself is pretty decent. The one time we went, we had a cheeseburger, quesadilla, and wings. While none were a complete stand-out, they were solid. However, that's about as good as our experience got.The service is horrible. While we got seated quickly and were able to order in a timely fashion, once we got our food and drinks, they pretty much never waited on us again, except for one pass through after we were served. Seems like the staff was too busy hanging out with each other than waiting on us.The margarita was probably one of the worst we ever had. Basically it was sugar water that I question had alcohol in it. We also ordered a mezcal drink, which was pretty sweet but not horrible.The thing is, this place also makes it hard to order. While their menu is full of these enticing pictures, you don't actually know what anything is. Yes, the food menu is pretty self-explanatory, but the drink menu? Forget about it. Other than the margaritas and some things we were able to look up, you literally have no idea what anything else is. Also, there are no prices on the hard copy menu; you have to scan the code to get them, and by the way, the scanned menu is exactly the same as the hard copy, just with prices. Do us all a favor and don't make your customers have to work so hard. I gave three stars because the food was decent, but in my opinion, generally this place is way overhyped. (Also, forget about actually being able to talk to each other because the music is super loud.)

A unique experience they had performers and mechanical bulls and a bounce house for entertainment. The parking lot is large and confusing, but if you drive between the 2 buildings there is parking in the back. The parking is bumpy and has numerous large pot holes. After dark; it is not well lit ; so be careful.The building is soundproof. Once you enter the building it is extremely loud and visually aloy of stimulation from the ceiling, and walls. There is no place to look to center yourself if you become overwhelmed. I was hoping there would be a dance floor but there is not.I was holding out for the saving grace to be the drinks or food. There are no prices on the menu , you have to look online. The food is subpar, and the prices are outrageous. I would have ate food from a gas station and it would have been better. I ordered the Casper drink, it didn't taste like the ingredients listed in it, the waiters were in disagreement if it had tequila. We were seated about 15 minutes plenty of staff was buzzing around. I was wondering if we were at a out of order booth- one side was a booth the other was 4 straight back chairs. WWhen we asked a server came to ask. The entore night they had to find someone to speak English to help I offered to use a translator they said no need it is fine we spend hours in waiting status. There was a half wall behind me (directly) staff would stand there and drum/ beat on it. I was already overstimulated and iinteresting no one did that when we weren't being acknowledged. A table was seated about me they got th birthday status and song, I never did. The manger response was i do them, did not explain why it didn't happen.We gpt our check and ended up with 3 different bills with different totals. The second one she added gratuity on it when asked why no answer ( we were a party of 4) the manager asked her and the waitress shrugged her shoulders.

Was extremely disappointed to find out all the negative reviews were true. The service was so slow it took over 45 minutes to get our order put in, and our server was disinterested in pretending to care about their job or anyone tbh. I don't need a server to be chipper but being polite or not rolling your eyes would be nice. Our food came out cold and for how much we paid, I was expecting a lot more flavor or at least crispy fries. The place LOOKS super cool, the decor is awesome! However, that's the only up side here.

This place is really cool super decorated for the season of Halloween and the food was amazing along with the service. I will say it's a little bit more pricey than I was expecting. A large menu with a variety of options when it comes to food and beverages the only downfall is there's no price and also there's no build or ingredients when it comes to their signature beverages. I like to know what I'm paying for when it comes to alcohol vs sugar. I think the bathrooms need a little bit more updating/space. Overall, definitely a treat if you're wanting to spoil somebody for a special occasion.

Delicious food and fun ambiance. The drinks were delicious and massive even for a small. Perfect place to celebrate a birthday or just a fun night out. If you want the feel of being at a club at a restaurant this is the go to place. Place is very loud so be prepared. They do have a warning label regarding the noise before you enter the establishment. I would have given 5 stars but the hostess underestimated the time frame we would be seated as a party of 4. We arrived around 8:30pm she estimated it would take 1 1/2 hours. But it actually took over 2 1/2 hours. They do not take reservations.

second time here and it wasn't as good as the first back in October. Our waitress was really sweet and the vibes were still fun but I noticed this time around that they try to upsell a looooot. There's no prices on the menu so it's easy for them. We got the bill back and were a bit surprised. Examples- We ordered tacos & she asked if we wanted the guac with it. We said sure. Get the bill back with a $3 charge for guac. Another example if we got the churros and she asked if we wanted the fruit & ice cream. On the bill we saw the ice cream and fruit was an additional $2 each. Just kind of feels shady when places do this, even if it's small.

Amazing food we had the Burger Estillo Juarez and it was amazing! Such a great burger atmosphere was amazing! Super chill and the music was great! Love the fact that they have an extensive drink menu. Honestly pricing is not bad at all, it what you pay anywhere else if you got burgers and drinks, highly recommend!! Our serve Chuey was amazing honestly top notch service!

We came to the restaurant with the expectation of having a great experience. However, the wait time to get into the restaurant is long, so be prepared to wait up to 45 minutes or more depending the size of your party. The hostess will tell you it will take approximately 20 to 30 minutes, but it is more time to wait. Once we got to our table, we noticed the need for more space between tables, so be prepared to squeeze. The music is so loud that you can't talk to your table, and you can't hear the waiter too. Also, the menu does not have any prices, and you will need to scan to see the prices but be prepared because what you order is not going to look like the picture.I ordered a torta that came really fast but had no flavor, and my friends ordered steak tacos. On the menu the steak tacos looked delicious and looked pretty good size. Once they arrived, they were small not so great. The service was slow that we wanted to leave but were stuck longer than expected. One of us decided to try a dessert but because the music was so loud the waiter got us a super size dessert that we didn't order. We decided to try it but when the bill came, we noticed that we were charged a lot for it.So be aware of your bill and what you order in this place otherwise you will be stuck with a large bill.

Finally made into this place after seeing it all over socials for months. A bit overhyped though unfortunately. They do not put any prices for drinks on their menus so you really don't know what things cost until you get the bill. They upsell you on an extra shot for your drinks (which are so oversized it's ridiculous) that is $11!!! The drinks were decent tasting but they put so much tajin in them it's about all you can taste. There was a "dj" playing that was turning the music up so loud that you had to shout across the table to be able to hear. According to my watch it was over 95 decibels. Wings were tasty and the torta was huge! But they got me another upsell for onion rings, they said they come with but it was an extra charge for... 5 onion rings... lol. Wings, torta, fries and 3 oversized drinks for $180.... I don't think I'll be back to dine in, but will absolutely order take out

The food is good I'm not going to lie! The atmosphere it's nice but small place! service was not quite what I expected during slow business hours, server was not around when we needed something and slow. (And still charged me the gratuity!)
