Wildcat Wine and Spirits

A lot of really outdated reviews on here and Wildcat Wine and Spirits has been under new ownership since the most "recent" one that had been posted. Decent selection for a small local shop and all of the staff members I have had dealings with have been friendly and courteous. It appears to be family owned and operated and the employees all have a vested interest in the business.

I ordered delivery & after it was over an hour LATE, I called the store. They acted somewhat confused; yet assured me the driver was on the way. Literally a few minutes later I noticed my order was canceled. No explanation. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. BAD COMMUNICATION SKILLS. [Update: they did text me hours later to let me know the driver had an emergency. Communication is key to customer service.]

Do not use Drizly to order from this business!I only received half my order. The driver stated he was getting the rest of the order. Now he's vanished & the business has "gone dark" & is not taking any phone calls.

Believe the bad reviews and DO NOT get delivery. Says only 15 minutes but will make you wait over an hour with no updates and even if you call the store they will just say it's coming. I only live 10 minutes away from this location but they were "heading this way" for over 45 minutes. When I called to cancel, they told me I couldn't and hung up on me. Waited another 30 minutes and had to call again to get them to cancel it on the app to get my money back. Absolutely awful service all around. Wasted 2 hours and didn't get my delivery

What is happening to the liquor stores in Highlands Ranch??? I went here after seeing the travesty that Good Spirits has become and this place is just as bad. It is dark, and dingy, with a poor selection and rude staff. Just go to Davidsons on county line, you will regret it if you don't.

They are terrible they kept making up stuff it felt like I've waited over a couple hours for one thing apparently his car has problems witch sounds like an accuse to me. This place is terrible. They have bad customer service and they kept putting me on hold and they were rude. I would not recommend this place. Do a better job.

I'm so tired of rude people... aren't you?? This was my go to place because its so close, but I just got tired of dealing with the people here. I'll happily go elsewhere to get my wine.

Very helpful and friendly - I was looking for a hard to find item and they had it in stock!

This is a very friendly store indeed. The owners will go above and beyond to be helpful. My issue is with the young men behind the counter in the evenings. Every time I go there in the evening, especially weekends, there is a group of under age boys in the parking lot, taking turns to go buy cheap beer and liquor with their fake ID's. I know. I am a high school teacher in Highlands Ranch. The ID's are good but fake. The kids all use the same "MO." Park at the end of the parking lot, go in one at a time, pay in cash, don't make eye contact. I have told the the employee right in front of the customer "this person is not old enough to buy alcohol and his ID is fake, please ask for a second ID. ". I typically get no response from the employee. I have contacted the DC sheriff's office but they are not interested. If I know the student, I call their parents. I am hoping the owner will use this to better train his employees. I have been to too many funerals. Parents, please check your kid's wallet.
