This wendys has to be the rudest didnt tell me how much even when i got to window fries were cold i have a bad shouder and felt like she was making me reach she should have reached

Zero would be better, the lady that with the most extreme minimal effort possible that served me tonight at 7:05pm, should get the minimal wage she deserves., .75 an hour. If you don't like your job go find another, she was ridiculous in her amount of no effort she put forth. Horrible service shitty attitude and should be replaced.

I don't think I've ever seen a group of people move slower in my life. I placed an order at 6:30 for a pickup at 6:55. After arriving at 6:55, we waited until 7:10 for any employee to even come up to the counter and talk to me, then it took 10 more minutes for my order to come out for a total of 25 minutes waited on an order that was placed ahead of time. Usually I'm not one to complain, but this was terrible. The place looked like it was exclusively staffed with high schoolers, with no one managing anything. The people working seemed afraid to even ask people what they were waiting on, and all of them walked around in the back like they had no idea what was going on. I am not exaggerating when I say they were all just wandering around talking to each other while the orders stacked up.

Dining room is always closed, drive-thru only. Never takes less than 15 minutes to get through the drive-thru, double that if there are any other cars in line.They've given up here. Might as well bulldoze this place.

Much better!The remodel is great and it looks much cleaner. The food is tastier as well.

This is the 4th time my family and I haves ordered from Wendy's from different locations and it's the same bullshit!! Cold fries, wrong orders, missing orders, all diet drinks (I ordered a regular) not to mention unprofessional staff. I don't know if these multiple Wendy's are hiring incompetent people or if Wendy's in general should be shut down!!

So disappointing. In a day of COVID, the woman who put together my bag of food and took my money had no gloves or mask on.I paid and quickly threw it out. Can't risk it in this environment.Hey Wendy's- please provide gloves and masks for your team! It keeps customers and employees safe!!

Last time I decided to go to this location...order two double meals..they wanted to charge me 47$. When I asked why - girl at checkout said "I eat too much apparently" Today o go through drive through order normal items and it's 20$ (even) less yet I get home to have paid 31$ for two meals (large triple burger and one double chicken sandwich) to come home to a single party on both meals! I called and whomever answered simply said "what"? Not what can I do for you to make this right but "what do you want"

Was faster than normal.Went back after about a year of not going because of how long they take. 2 stars because of the clerk at drive thru. Here's a hint for the young lady at the window: working with the public is not your gig. Hiding in the corner, on your phone, taking orders at the same time. When returning because you gave me sweetened tea, (ordered unsweetened), gave me ANOTHER sweetened tea, then argued that that is what I ordered. Why would I return something and ask for the same thing? Then to walk away saying you needed a cigarette break or smoke break? Before giving me the drink I ordered? Suggestion: try Safeway's gas station box where you can be on the phone and have minimal communication and interaction with customers.

Lol 4th time I've visited for dinner and they never accept credit or debit card ...they accept cash only tried to put complaint in on Wendys.com but they don't give a shit!
