They were out of hamburger?? When I asked how could a hamburger joint be out of hamburger, she told me it happens everywhere so I went next door to Burger King and they were not out of hamburger???

Usually a solid 3-4 stars. Not today. Burger was stale and cold. Cookies were rock hard. If I wanted 2 dollars for one concrete hard cookie... I'd go to the grocery store and get a pack of hard chips a hoy for 4 bucks.

They forgot my bronco berry sauce with my jalapeño bites. I always look forward to it and this location ALWAYS screws me over and not give me bronco berry sauce.

If I could give a negative star rating I would. I will never spend a dime at this Wendy's again. Went through drive thru and it took 20 minutes. Then ordered a bourbon burger and a DOUBLE BACONATOR. Got home it was a single. They charged me for a double. If I wanted to give my money away I would have given it to the homeless man on the corner. What a rip off. Stay away from that location.

Awful experience, ordered a peppermint frosty,it tasted like medicine and was lukewarm warm and as thin as soup. I asked for a refund or exchange after waiting 10 minutes an Employee finally came to the window and said we don't give a refund or exchange. Lowest of low places.

I ordered online and it was cancelled after it said it was picked up so I went up there at 9:30pm and asked if it was still in store or what was up. They said they gave it to three different drivers. I asked why they cancelled them and she stated because she already gave one out so I'm like okay let me just get my order. She tried to say they were closed. They don't close until 1am lmao. The workers there are filthy bitches tbh.

Ordered a chicken asiago club sandwich for $8, got a steaming pile of horse**** stuffed between two buns, smeared in some rancid ranch sauce that filled the rest of the wrapping to convince me I got the full sandwich when oh boy here ya go. Half a steaming turd. Only thing they got right was the ****ing bread which you can't even hold without getting a Mickey Mouse glove of ranch all over your fingers. I'd call my bank to do a charge back if I could.

I use to work at a Wendys for 2 years in highschool and honestly these workers are pretty bad at anything customized so if you want to get a burger with no cheese good luck but almost everytime I order food from here for my family something is messed up once or twice is alright but everytime just looks bad

I ordered a 10pc spicy nugs and large chili with everything in it. A relatively simple order that's hard to screw up. I got home (it's worth noting the roads were icy and I don't want to go back) and they gave me a small chili and forgot the sour cream. I tried calling several times but no one would answer the phone. Horrible, absolutely horrible!!!
