Terrible Wendy's. I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru tonight. Payed at the first window and I get to the second window for my food and the cashier asks me to pay again. Are you serious? Then she gives me the wrong drink order and I have to ask her to correct it. I waited 10 more minutes at the second window and get all the way home just to discover they got my cheeseburger order wrong. So I waited 40 minutes in that drive thru just for them to get two thirds of my order wrong. These workers can't even follow the orders correctly on the screens right in front of them. I mean honestly you're going to ask me to pay for my order twice??? They have teenagers working here who obviously can't do their jobs correctly. I wouldn't recommend this Wendy's to anyone and instead would recommend going to a different one.

I always loved... stopping by a Wendy's Restaurant, they are always friendly & have great service. However, after eating there for year's...and trying to make excuses to myself for there french fries. I come to a decision to STOP Wasting Mmy Money on them. Even after asking for a fresh drop of fries... they are always a disappointing every since they changed their oil.I didn't want to complain about this problem, but then #Wendys wouldn't know and/or do anything about the pour quality of #frenchfries .Many restaurant's have changed their oil, but have somehow have fixed the problem, and now even though the fries are healthier then they use to be, in year's past...taste great. I really don't want to go to another fast food restaurant, but it looks like they aren't going to do anything about it, and I've tried many #WendysResturants across Denver & the Western slope... it's the same everywhere. I hope someone reads this & revisit the type of oil used.. It's not an employee problem, this is a quality control problem. I'm Not going to contiue buying the #FrenchFries, until the quality improves.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Placed an online order for pick up. Said order would be ready in 5 minutes. I show up and dining room was locked. I called them, and was told I would have to wait in the drive thru line, eventhough the order is ready, and I already paid for it. 13 cars ahead of me. Never will go back to this location. Calling corporate next.

Their wait times are beyond ridiculous. The staff seems to care less about it. I went inside thinking that it might cut down the twenty minute wait time that you usually experience using the drive through. It made no difference. In the thirty minutes it took me to get my number 10 two customers had complained about getting charged the wrong amount of money and their food being cold.It's a shame because I really enjoy Wendy's and I live right down the block. I guess I will find a different location

Super fast, efficient and delicious. Perfect fast food experience after a terrible airport experience

The guy at the counter was awesome but the manger or big heavy set guy in charge was a complete jerk to his staff and could care less about a customer or if they had working soda machines Places usually works when you're in a hurry but not so much with the big a*@ in chargeI actually felt bad for the employees

I wouldn't write a review if this was just a first time but everytime I go to this wendys and have bacon on a sandwich they never give me strips! Only give me the bottom of the bacon pan bits which I definitely wouldn't prefer when purchasing a $6 sandwich

If you're hungry during the night please go to a different wendys. I'm pretty sure he's the manager but the big white guy has the worst terrible service and it's not the first time he's rung me out. He speaks over you when you order. Gives attitude when you remove or add an item to your order. He gave me the wrong drink and gets upset when HE messed it up even though he says the right drink when he's repeating the order. I love Wendys and conveniently close to work so I'm here often and every time he's there it's just an upsetting experience.

Service is horrible from guy taking orders simple as that. Food is good but don't even feel comfortable ordering while he is in that establishment.
