Wendy's

It is unfortunate that Yelp does not offer a no star rating. This location is a joke. They totally got our wrong and offered to replace the sandwich on our next order. So we decided to go back and after picking up our food and got home, we were really disappointed. I ordered Dave's Double with no cheese and what I got was a Dave's double with cheese only (bread, meat and cheese). Totally the opposite of what ordered. I can't believe they can not get a basic order off the normal menu and only asked for no cheese. Unbelievable!!!I would recommend driving a few exits and go to another fast food restaurant. Apparently, they are not too concerned about the quality of food they serve and as you can see, they have terrible reviews.

Went today because I was in a rush and needed food quick. I ordered a kids meal and a double cheeseburger meal for myself with a lettuce wrap, which ended up being one single slice of lettuce that didn't even cover the burger. The lemonade that I ordered was frozen so I got a Diet Coke instead. I also did not get fries with my meal. So almost $20 for a kids meal and a cheeseburger with a coke. I won't be rushing back to this location.

I don't know why I bother. This Wendy's has to be one the slowest in the country, food is never hot or put together well, and staff is always doing something else than serving their customers. On the bottom end of fast food restaurants for sure!

Placed an online pickup order 9/24, 3:00p.m.. Drove to restaurant, doors locked. Went through drive thru and sign posted on speaker that they are closed. This is the second time this has happened to us, both Wendy's in Highlands Ranch! Extremely unprofessional! How do I obtain a refund?

Awful. Food was cold, the jr bacon cheese burger has shrunk to the size of a White Castle burger.They had one slice of lettuce on my burger that was the size of my index finger. The cheese they put on my burger was cold. Just awful. I won't be going back.

This Wendy's is the absolute worst of all Wendy's in the state of Colorado! The drive-through is super slow no matter the time of day or the amount of people waiting for their order. The outdoor menu board is covered with all sorts of debris and the order speaker is nasty dirty. Garbage always litters the exterior premises. They are constantly out of key items from their menu. The drive-up window is covered in spilled soda residue and food particles. The employees uniforms always appear as though they have been retrieved from a laundry hamper, full of wrinkles and stains, very slovenly. The food is never as serving temperature should be in accordance with Wendy's policy. In fact, I would be extremely surprised if this location met ANY Wendy's regulations. Avoid this dump at all costs!!!!

Went through the drive through and order a spicy chicken sandwich got home went to eat it and it was hard and dry out . I was so piss I will never eat here again

didn't give me a spoon, forgot my ketchup and forgot the bacon on my son's burger. fries were cold and inedible i don't know how a place is so consistently bad every time i give it a chance.

Solid service. However, when employees take their brakes, they listen to their phones very loud.I requested politely to turn down.MANAGEMENT should mandate head phone or air buds.This is massively disruptive.

I love Wendy's but had totally given up hope on this restaurant. I've been avoiding it for the past two years. Today I was in a hurry and the other restaurants had long lines so I gambled my $5 and ordered a burger combo. I usually get cold fries and a messed up order put together by some stoner who could care less if die of botulism but today was different! The fries were hot, the burger was hot, the bun was fresh, the lady even spoke English AND offered me ketchup AND wished me a happy Easter AND she even smiled! I am STUNNED. Wendy's might be back!
