Love this Wendy's location! The staff is always friendly and the service is quick. They usually have a pretty clean restaurant, but it's likely due to its somewhat awkward placement. The place is visible from the street but it's tucked away within the parking lot. It's very easy to order on the app as well and pick it up, via drive thru or when coming inside. Never really had any problems here! And it's next to the gym if you need a reward

i go to the drive thru for just a burger, they burnt the shit out it. i'm talking two black pieces of charcoal between some buns. i don't go back bc whatever, shit happens. couple days later, i stop by for a potato. forget to put cheese on my potato so i go back to get it fixed, they say they're out of potatoes. it's fine, no harm no foul, i just gave them the potato i had and asked them if they could just throw some cheese on there. they did, everything was fine, and then when i got home i realized, not only had they added cheese to my potato, but they had also added a long black hair. never again wendy's on alameda, never again.

I placed a mobile order using the Wendy's app, arrived at this location and sat behind 2 cars in the drive-thru for nearly 10 minutes. I finally pulled up to the window and told the cashier I placed a mobile order. He was rude, cursed at me and slammed the window shut. I am not certain if I was charged for my order, but I never received any food for my efforts.Avoid this place.

All I can say is WOW Wendy's, what a huge disappointment! Went inside today to order, and decided to use the kiosk so I could mess around with the items a little before placing my order. Just like every other person I've ever met, I wanted to add a few extra sides of ranch for the nuggets and fries, but wasn't able to find that option on the kiosk. I thought no problem I will just ask when I get my order at the counter. Upon receiving my order, I asked the lovely lady working if I was able to get a few extra sides of ranch and told her that I didn't see any option on the kiosk to add more. She then proceeded to tell me that they are not allowed to give out any extra sides of sauce. I asked her if I was able to pay for a few of them in which she proceeded to tell me no. We went back-and-forth for a minute on how she is not allowed to give out any extra sauces I'm not allowed to buy any extra sauces. Overall just a pretty disappointing and rude interaction at Wendy's. I didn't think that asking for a few extra sides of sauce would be such an issue and I am mind blown with the fact that even after offering to buy them-as in giving Wendy's MORE of MY money for a side of sauce I was still told NO. I'm shocked and disgruntled at the way Wendy's has instructed their employees to handle this situation. So BEWARE when you go to Wendy's, make sure to use your sauce sparingly, because you won't be able to get any more, even if you plan to pay for it!! (Apparently Wendy's is hurting financially, but with the way they are handling it, it's a slippery slope to loosing a lot of their customer base...)I know I'm only one customer, however it only takes one time for word to get out about Wendy's new "limit one sauce per-customer" for people to decide that they would prefer to take their business elsewhere-I know I will be....

Place takes your money and doesn't give you the entire order. Paid for 4 burgers at 1 am and wanted a frosty but it was shut down. Staying in a hotel right down the street. Got back to hotel to eat and only got two burgers. Tried to call at 1:25 right before closing and never picked up the phone to get it fixed. $22 for two burgers

I ordered a bacon cheese burger meal that cost a whopping 15.00. It was supposed to come with chicken nuggets. The burger meat was OLD. It tastes spoiled on the edge of the meat! The entire ingredients between the buns were smashed into one gross mess. The didn't include the chicken nuggets. The fries were good and fresh and the drink I ordered was full of ice in a very good way. The servers were fair. However, the person taking the money didn't know quite how to work the money machine. Plus, he was wearing his street clothes with a gold chain and a satin looking baseball type jacket. It wasn't a good look at all. I won't give them another dime! Wendy's was a good experience for so long and now it's not!
