Wendy's

I have never eaten inside but my drive-thru experience has been great the times I have been there.I only had to wait during rush hour and always have my order right. Whatever they are doing there is working. 10/10 would recommend you eat here.

Whatever the service takes little longer, the food only matters for me, which is always good and delicious.

This Wendy's is constantly out of stock for certain products. They never have vanilla frosties, and I have never been one time where my fried were full, or even fresh and hot. I've learned to just go to McDonald's, or even the Del Taco right there, when lever I am in the area. Don't waste your time

I don't eat fast food much anymore, but my Brother gets me a Wendy's gift card every Christmas. So their "Gift Card Machine" has been down for who knows how long because it was supposedly broken a year ago too.You'll order, and they might even start handing you your food and tell you the "Gift Card Machine" is broken do you have another payment? As soon as you tell them you only came there because of the gift card, they want the food back if they handed it to you or if they didn't give you anything they shut the window in your face with a smart ass have a nice day even though you might be talking.Customer service is crap but I guess it is expected now...

I don't mean to be the one to complain about service workers, but this Wendy's sucks. We waited in line for 30 minutes and when got to the window they handed out the food and took my card and then proceeded to tell me that the card machine was down. I understand that these things happen but she insisted that we give the food back after we put our hands all over it awhile she still had my debit card. It seemed to be a "trade" between my debit cars and the food she already handed me. Also that seems kinda nasty considering that it was in my car already. I would not recommend this place.

they can't read at this Wendy's, I asked for no ketchup because it's messes with my stomach. instead I got extra ketchup also by food wasn't fully cooked. I had to go get food somewhere else for lunch today! Thanks Wendy's for wasting my money!

Worst service I've ever seen they closed an hour early and were extremely rude to me when I asked if they were still open. The girl working the window looked at me and laughed and then ignored me until I drove away. Go to any other Wendy's for better service it can't get worse than this.

This place has a bad rep but they serve strawberry frosty. That's all I could think about all day long so after working all day and not eating, I decided to treat myself to a strawberry Frosty but then I see they have a buy one get one for one offer that include a frosty and something to eat. I chose the nuggets because I didn't want all the rest of the stuff really. When I looked in my bag, I noticed that they had given me a chicken sandwich instead. I'm so tired and hungry that I didn't even care so I took the sandwich and the frosty set my car and proceeded to eat and be marry. I have to say that sandwich was wonderful. The chicken was crunchy and hot, the lettuce and tomato and pickles. Refresh, had a decent amount of mayo, the bread was nicely toasted so honestly I can't complain. Also, everyone was really nice. There was no else in the restaurant and about 4 to 5 employees said hello to me. It's the little things.

My fiancé went about 830 to Wendy's and they got my order wrong. I'm a diabetic and they were loading salt and they didn't miss in this black lady that works. There is a major bitch. She wanted to argue, fight, piss, moan, and groan. I would go to a different Wendy's not on Broadway in Belleview. They suck.

I'm 100% positive their business model here is "Take as long as humanly possible, and hope they just go away, also be out of the first thing they ask for every time."
