Wendy's

Haven't been to a Wendy's in forever. They have the order kiosks which are nice when the front counter is busy or when you want to minimize contact with people. I went with the spicy chicken sandwich over the fish sandwich on advice of the server. It didn't take long for them to make our order. The restaurant was not crowded as we were early for lunch. The chicken sandwich was pretty good. I prefer Chik Fil A but I would have this again. Enough spicy seasoning that it made it an actual spicy chicken sandwich. And the French fries are tasty. Rates up there for me. Service was friendly so all in all it was a good visit and we would come again.

I don't care that the evening staff all look and act high, but I do care that my order is wrong literally 50% if the time. Stop by sometimes to grab a bite on my way to work and 2 out of the last 4 times my order was wrong when I got to work

The food is what you'd expect from a Wendy's it was good and the order was correct but I was really blown away by the staff. Everyone who was working here seemed to be in a great mood and Marie who took my order was incredibly friendly. I feel like most fast food restaurants I go to now don't have such a welcoming environment but this was a genuinely great experience.

At 7pm on a Tuesday I decided I was craving Wendy's (which I haven't had in over a year. So since I just moved here and live down the street, I hopped on a scooter and rode over. I walked in the door to see one guy eating, another standing at the counter and the guy behind the counter comes out and tells me "the restaurant is closed bro, sorry." WTF, at 7pm on a Tuesday?!?! I responded with "well I was just hoping to order something togo and I don't have my car with me." To which he responded with "well ya, sorry." This wasn't Covid related. This was shitty staff related. My appearance and demeanor were all very professional, as I just got out of a long day at work and I was met with a "DONT give a fuck attitude." So I walked out without saying a word more. I guess they are so successful that they don't need my $15+/- now or EVER.

Why are you reading a Wendy's review? It's Wendy's. The food tastes how you'd expect, I dunno. Good fries tho.

I opened my Bacon, Egg & Cheese English Muffin to this crumbly mess. (The egg fell on my lap, and the muffin continued to crumble apart in large chunks as I attempted to take any sort of bite.) There was one piece of bacon cut in half. Additionally, I didn't appreciate being screamed at through the drive through this morning because they forgot to mute the mic.

I came back from vacation expecting to still have fun until I ate Wendy's and I got sick for a week

if I could give this location zero stars I would, we waited in the drive thru line for upwards of an half an hour to finally get to the window and they tell us they're only taking mobile orders!! stay away!!!

I've resisted commenting, because I rarely leave a review for anything, but they have some serious management issues at this restaurant. I say this because I think that the employees are taking out their frustrations on the customers by doing things like not sealing tops on things properly, like biscuits and gravy, which Need to be done properly, or you just have a bag o' slop when you get home. Today though, when I was really hungry because I had to run out of the house, and just wanted a 4 piece French toast stick to put some carbs and sugar into me, I got handed a pack o' French toast that was so stale that even a microwave session couldn't freshen it up, as it usually does. That means that those things were sitting for more than a half hour, because I have, several times now,brought those things back to edibility just by giving em a 15-20 second dose of radiation. For those things to still be stiff after that, they were just plain old Old. Thank You, Wendy's, for basically ripping me off and not giving me edible food. From now on, I guess I just haveto open the bag and actually TRY the food, rather than just make sure the order is correct. Please at least TRY to give people edible food.

So want to wendys and I paid 40 dollars for three meals. I did know the Inflation was that bad that. Now when you go out you have to Watch every penny. Three single meals
