Did you ever eat a burger that was so weird your dad cried? This was like that. I ate the number one human combo and it gave me a tummy ache right in my large, bulbous pronouns. I shouted at my mom, who was across the table, drinking a creamy Frosty burger shake and it startled her so she scared my dad right out of his size 9s and into a COLD COMBO MEAL. Eat much? It is so rare these days to get good customer service - anywhere these days but the team at this location proved that thinking wrong. My daughter and I are suckers for the Apple Pecan salad (so good) and my other kids wanted burgers. We visited last night to learn that only one salad was left and I was ready to battle my daughter for it. The team was so sweet and made another salad so close to closing time. They were so accommodating and fun. Also a big shout out to Lily for making it happen. It may seem like a small thing but it definitely made us all smile and appreciate the return of good service. Never underestimate the power of a small gesture. It changed our moods for the rest of the evening.

SUPER SLOW!! Slowest Wendy's I've ever been to! It also seems that every time I've ever asked for there to be no ranch dressing on my Asiago ranch chicken sandwich, they always put extra on it instead. I like the sandwich, but my stomach rejects the ranch! I can't take it back and complain about it because they'll probably spit in my sandwich. The staff are ALWAYS friendly to me unless I complain and then it's like the flip of a coin.

Horrible and inconsistent service. I live near this Wendy's so I'm always looking for my baconator fix. The drive thru order taker never gets the order correct. I will order a baconator and get a chicken sandwich. It's not like They are running the world or anything but - take pride is what you do. Do the job right. Every single time my order is wrong. Get a clue.

I created a Yelp account to share my disappointing experience at the restaurant. The food was terribly disgusting, with a noticeable taste of staleness, as if the chicken nuggets were cooked hours before serving. The service was minimal, and the overall ambiance didn't give off a welcoming vibe. I wouldn't recommend this place to others.

Had a horrible experience there where manager lied about what happened there between me and another patron to a private investigator. I have been trying to resolve the issue but whoever answered refused to patch me through to the branch manager & demanded I give her all the details first to her and refused to give me her name. Individual crossed ethical boundaries and hurt me with her false narrative. Home office needs to look into this.

This location does not honor nationality advertised prices. They charge $1 - $3 more for advertised specials. It takes 10 to 15 minutes for staff to recognize dine in customers. There is a Burger King down the street. Better service and they will respect national advertising. I recommend trying them over this place.Update- When I tried to register a complaint with the corporate site it was extremely difficult and they requested way too much information to actually show a concern for the customer experience.
