Wendy's

Going home after a 16hr day at work, I stopped at the Wendy's. Received my order and went home. After returning home realized my entire order was incorrect. After being unable to get ahold of store for refund had to return where they fixed the order but did offer any sort of compensation for wasting my time. Rude staff member offered a refund but only in return for the food. Terrible service would not recommend.

Terrible like seriously reading all the reviews you think they would learn to get an order right. Every single time I go there which I rare because I never get the order I order . It's ridiculous then they all have attitudes for what?

Was wondering why there was only one car in the drive-thru. The food was cold they got my order wrong .won't eat there again . O stars

Well really a hole in the wall!! I mean really no front wall. Is it closing for good?? A fence around the place?

This used to be decent.. I just spent 40 minutes waiting in the drive thru.. And it's even worse inside!! So slow, no workers know what they're doing.. No managers working?!?

Breakfast starts at 6 but don't open till 10 that doesn't make any sense that or the workers are lazy asf and don't want to open the dining room just tried to get some food and it's closed. Does this location not do breakfast?

the lack of management is horrible to the point they completely forgot our parts of the order Or the order of our food in general please fix it and stop making the same mistake let our Benton Burger King be a examp of to man mistakes can lead to boycott i repeat stop doing this it's old and stupid at this point no more excuses either

The food was good and the fries were fresh, they were fast to get my food and amiable.

Was doing DoorDash, and got an order for this Wendy's. Got there at 11 pm and it looked closed. Knocked on the glass and the lady came over and said that they were closed because there were only two people working. I ended up having to cancel the order. I have no experience with their food or anything, but it really threw off my evening dashing on a deadline! Just a bit frustrating is all. Thank you for coming to my TedTalk, god bless ya!

If I could give zero stars I would. Granted it's Wendy's so I'm not supposed to be upset, however i ordered for delivery because of my horrible luck lately and couldn't drive. Ordered the Dave's single with everything on it. It arrived and I finally have the appetite to eat. What I open is a double patty cheeseburger, no toppings, ice cold. Like y'all didn't even throw a pickle or onion on there? I work in the food industry and feel like this was just a huge middle finger to orders. That food was colder than my ex heart and as tasteless as my choice in men. Tossed in the trash and wasted $28 on nothing. Do t order online y'all. Go in and make sure they don't give you garbage. ‍
