Wendy's

The Wendy's app says your open at 6am. Your sign says your open at 6am. But I was denied service by a non English speaker. I will be making a complaint to corporate. Unbelievable

I just had a can of soup for dinner when I got home because I ordered a caesar salad at the drive through and got BLUE CHEESE. I'm disabled, hardly got home and collapsed, I'm on a limited income, and just wasted $9 on a salad that tasted like it had gone off or was stepped on by dirty bare feet. Thanx Wendy's. How about training your staff to double check orders? It was a ONE item order. You screwed up 100% of my order and gave me something you should know is a decisive item that needs to be double checked. With the price of fast food these days, this was a big deal for me.

They hung up on me when I called 3 times in a row before I could talk to anyone to ask my question on a menu item.

So I was charged 36 dollars for 2 sandwiches and 2 ten piece spicy nuggets meals. Was only given 10 nuggets and they were normal. So naturally I tried to call to get at least one nugget meal refunded and they won't answer the phone. I tried about 4 times to call. On top of that the teenager at the window had an attitude.

Don't order more than one combo, they can't handle it. Order is messed up every time. Also tried to give me a sprite that was all discolored at the bottom.

Unfortunately I can't leave the best review. Simple order $5 biggie bag no onion. Well not only did I get onion which makes me sick, BUT just in case I was so starving I removed it to eat my only meal for the day for a uncooked burger...! Not even worth trying to take back on a drive thru stop just trying to ironically not get sick. So yeah something as simple as cooking the food all the way, and following what's ordered makes all the difference.

They didn't bother cleaning drive thru menu when it snowed. You can't read it at all. I also received the wrong order at this restaurant. Disappointed and frustrated.

went to this location for a quick dinner and went through the drive thru. I ordered a spicy chicken combo meal and was served raw chicken in my spicy chicken sandwich. i noticed after a few bites. I hope I don't get too sick. this is disgusting.

They gave me cold, stale fries an hour and a half before they close. I said they were cold, and the guy took the fries and handed them back less than 20 seconds later, slightly warmer like they were popped in a microwave for 5 seconds. I started writing a complaint on Google at the window because I have time on a Saturday at 11:30, and he opened the window and asked "what's up man." I said they were hard. He took them again and gave them back a minute later, telling me please be careful, as if he was giving me fresh, hot fries. They were stale fries he had dropped in the frier for a little bit. The bag was dripping with oil. The guy said I could park and wait for fresh fries if I wanted. I'd rather just not go back than fight for what I already paid for. Awful experience. Don't go here.

So, Wendy's came up with the Frosty-Chino. The girl at the window said "it's a Frosty with coffee flavor in it."I ordered one. I was handed an iced -coffee. I drove around, went in, and said "I think I was handed the wrong thing, what is this?""It's a Frosty-Chino""But it looks like an iced coffee, she said it wasafrosty with coffee flavor in it, this isn't ice cream, at all.
