I will be rewarding this new Wendy's location, because they've earned my trust the last year!! Always ordering something simple of 2 Bacon Jr. Cheeseburgers, and a few ranch packets here and there. They are fast in the drive thru, even with a hectic line. The entire staff is just so nice, and did I mention they're fast!?! Seriously, some of the most expedited waiting ever and even as late as closing time. I absolutely believe the staff are made of good hard working people who haven't messed up my order!! That's a real commendable thing, because fast food isn't known for it. The inside of dining is CLOSED and drive thru only, but I love how decked out the lobby looked with a holiday, Christmas tree. This experience has been nothing but wonderful and beats the seniority mentality of the other Wendy's on Tower Rd 10 minutes away! Thank goodness for this location.

2 cards and my phone tapping weren't working. I showed the sweet young man at the window that there was plenty in my account as we tried to get something to work. when he turned to ask the manager, a dumpy white woman with two teeth, her LOUD response was "THEN THEY DONT HAVE ENOUGH MONEY!"I was so psst I pulled off, parked & went inside. I placed my order at the kiosk, paid and got my order number. interesting tidbit: ordering inside was $7.00 less than through the window. not gonna go THERE any more!

My partner and I have tried to go to this location twice in the last month. Last time, we waited 30 minutes to order and when we finally got there, the kid who was working seemed intoxicated and unable to comprehend our order. We left and went elsewhere. Today, there were two cars in front of us and we sat there for 10 minutes while the car at the order box went back and forth about menu availability. We went elsewhere again. It's a shame this location has gone so downhill.

I placed a mobile order for drive thru, I am paralyzed so this is easiest, at the window, the manager I think named Joan, older white women. told me I had to go in and when I told her I could she said I had to. I told her I'm in a wheelchair and I need the food in my car. she canceled my order and didn't give a refund. I sent my brother who was driving behind me in for the food and she refused to talk to him or give a refund. i have NEVER been so disappointed in a person before, I would never eat here again. I pray she gets help when she needs it, unlike what she was willing to give me.

Don't eat here! This Wendy's gave my family food poisoning, they were extremely ill for multiple days and I'm certain it was from this Wendy's as there are a ton of people on NextDoor reporting the same. The manager I spoke with when I called to let them know was completely clueless. They clearly have terrible practices, please don't trust this place with your business.

If I could give it no stars I would. There hasn't been a single time where my order was warm, correct or fast, they're slow, every time I make a mobile order for the DRIVE THRU I told told I need to go inside. The inside is even worse. No employees are ever there to help you, restroom and lobby are filthy. By far the worst establishment I've been to.

I placed a mobile order through the app 20 minutes before and I still had to wait another 15 minutes just for 2 sandwiches and fries. When I arrived to the restaurant the lady started off with a really bad tone and attitude when I got my food I asked for sauces because the app didn't have an option to add sauces and only got 1 sauce and so I asked for more and again only got 1 sauce (2 total) I then proceeded to ask for more sauce and was willing to pay extra and the lady again with an attitude told me "I don't have a register I can't give you anymore." This isn't the first time I have an issue with this location and with this lady. This is an older lady which seems to be either supervisor or manager. Definitely a bad location to go to and would not recommend. Horrible customer service.

I would like to appreciate everyone in the Night Shift, at the time that I am writing this on July 6th, 2022, all the crew member who are a part of the night shit deserve a lot of credit. Sometimes the wait is long but the food is worth it I tend to order late at night and hour or two before closing because of work and each and every single time this Wendys crew have gone above and beyond with the food, it's fresh well made and delicious. At a time where it's hard for workers and everyone is being overworked you really have to credit the team at night for always, always coming through. They truly deserve a ton of appreciation and credit
