Wendy's

This Wendy's is really amazing! They always get my food right and it's always hot and fresh which is the main important thing! The service is amazing it never takes long basically in and out even though we always have a big order lol! I never go inside so I can't really speak on how the inside is or the seating areas!

If you want it, you will find the way! This location is easy to notice being very visible from the main road. However, you will need to make a few turns before getting here.The last few times I have been to this location, food came out quickly and accurately. Definitely met my expectations.Today's visit took a little longer but everyone was working hard and it was quite busy.Definitely will be back again if I have a craving for some burger!

Got English muffins, sausage breakfast sandwiches with my daughter the bread was stale and moldy along with we never received the straw for her drink realized we didn't have a straw in the bag once we already were on the road thinking maybe it's in the bag as it should be. I called the manager and this is the response. I am so sorry you can come back and get your refund or a free meal to what I responded. I don't trust your food anymore and as a manager, he should be checking these things and Moldy bread before the shift! This is literally something that should be reported to the health department! He apologized. Oh, but then I received a phone call back about 9-10 minutes later only for him to tell me that he checked ALL the English muffins "supposedly" and none of them had mold, and that the reason why the bread is so stale is because they put butter on it and put it in the toaster I meanI have no words. I said I can bring you the moldy bread back that I have, if he thinks I'm lying!!! Suggested that they should most probably be serving food that is fresh!!! and good as advertised. Unlike what we got, which was a health hazard. I mean the only reason I am writing this review is because it is so frustrating that lately customer service and the effort in workplaces has gone down so much that it's not even safe anymore to go and have breakfast at a place like Wendy's or any other place that has incompetent staff! People get paid to do a job not to stand around!

No ice in drink machines, order kiosks did not work properly, trash cans full, burned Fries

It was so dirty in the lobby. The kiosk ordering is slow and the food was not very good. Wendys has gone downhill. Too bad.

Don't order the spicy chicken sandwich. It was stale and really bad. The nuggets are spongy mystery meat. Wish I could take it back but the cashier at the window would not give me a receipt. Sad I used to love Wendy"s. No more side salads either. Times have changed. Guess I'll find another spot.

LOL! Arrived 20+ minutes before close and was told they could only take DoorDash as their systems were down. I asked the employee if they were just too lazy to cook anything and he told me it wasn't that. I asked if they could take cash to which he said "let me ask my boss" and took my order. When I got to the window he asked if I wanted a drink to which I replied "no" and continued to tell me no change cause he couldn't ring it in. He asked if I wanted a drink again and I accepted. Handed him a $10 spot and gracefully got my luke warm, semi cold as fuck food and ate it. Dam I'm f'n drunk.

We went through the drive through at 5:55pm. You'd think they'd be on top of their game. Cold fries. No ketchup or sauce with nuggets. Worst place ever. Don't come here!

Got the sauced chicken strips and the chicken was pink and raw! not cooked to white....

I simply asked the employee with glasses to repeat the order just to confirm and for him it was a big issue. He was very rude and had terrible attitude when asked. They didn't supposedly have bbq. Definetly 0/10 service. Very unprofessional !
