Wendy's

Dolores was so helpful, she made coming to this location such a joy! Her customer service is exactly what you want when you go to get food. The restaurant was clean and even the bathrooms too. Everything was fresh and delicious. Definitely going to make this location my go to! :) thank you Dolores!

9/24/24- Horrible customer service in the drive through. We ordered two combos with drinks with no ice. When we got to the window both drinks had ice. When we told the women that we ordered with no ice she acted like it was a super inconvenience for her to remake them. Then she handed them back to us and there was still ice in them. She had just dumped a few pieces out. This is horrible customer service and shows someone that doesn't care about their job. Wendy's, please adjust what staff you have working with customers because no one should be treated like this. Ice hurts some people's teeth and I should have to dig ice out of my drink when I get home because your staff didn't want to do their job.

This place is honestly hit or miss. But today was awful.Burnt Sugar Cookie AND myArnold Palmer was turned into coffee lemonade (yes, it was bad as it sounds)..

Definitely don't appreciate paying for a $10 salad and getting a cockroach. I'd appreciate a refund.

This meal was so disappointing! Nuggets we're dry and over cooked. Chicken sandwich was ok but not great. Fries were over cooked and old.

A small chiller is $2.49 and comes in two flavored: Orange mango or pineapple blueberry. I tried the pineapple blueberry because I needed a drink so I would have the urge to pee for a drug test quite frankly. This drink was too sweet & was mostly filled with ice. I drank it all in a handful of sips. On a positive note, I could really taste the blueberry and pineapple flavor. This Wendy's has a drive thru except they call it a "pick up". With the same amount of money, you can get a Starbucks passion iced tea that tastes healthier.

Terrible location. They intentionally turn off the light on their signs and drive through menu to seem like they're closed. Always seem like they are annoyed while you're ordering, to the point where I won't be eating the food I just ordered bc I am afraid they did something gross to it. I told the attendant about their menu being dark and she just ignored me. Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Fix this please!!!

Hands down the best experience I've in a drive thru! Patient and funny! Our order was correct and great customer service was had !

Just came thru, had a little hiccup but whoever management was she definitely top tier on resolving the issue and our food came out hot and fresh ! Thank you

Management ridiculous! Unprofessional not even sure how they are able to stay open!!!! This isn't even a one star rating but this was the only way I could post!
