Wendy's

This place can get pretty busy sometimes and the staff do a good job of making the line go quickly. My food is always correct and the staff are nice. The only negative is that they close early sometimes and then I'm left with McDonald's across the street.

E.coli. I noticed my burger was very pink in the middle halfway through eating it.

employees don't care about your satisfaction. I ordered a breakfast burger asking for crispy bacon, three different times. it came ugly and floppy at best. went inside to tell them, they gave me two pieces of bacon, the the cashier handling my bacon without changing gloves. person who took my order just looked at me when I told the cashier about the floppy bacon. counter was dirty and inside seemed to be unkept; never will return to this place.

They ripped me off, overcharged me. Can you get 32.66 from 2 coupons 2 for 12.99 no you can not but the manager says she's right. Either I'm being charged a tip or something is wrong with the receipt. I won't be going to that wendys ever again and will let friends and family to avoid like the plague. I don't like being ripped off at all. Receipt has 2 10.99 and 2 10.19 but I was only compensated 10.17? Where's the other compensation theres 4 charges but only 2 minus. That equals 32.17 how is 12.99 x 2 32.17, it's like saying 2 + 2 is 5. Everyone who reads this don't go to wendys, go elsewhere but this place. Thanks for reading

This Wendy's sucks! There self order drive thru doesn't work! You're losing business. Why have a robot take your order when it doesn't work. I need 85 characters in this bull shit ass review but my experience here has sucked every fkn time!

I guess kids meal don't include a toy! Or maybe it's just this location. They offered a cookie, but a kid can't play with a cookie! I guess Wendy's will not be an option for kids!! *side-note french fries, and burgers taste like crap!!

Ordered 2 items, they got both wrong and wasn't even close. Will never go back to that location. I don't understand how a baked potato had onions and chili had no cheese when I specifically said no onion on anything. They gave me no cheese and extra onion. Also gave me a large chili when I asked for a small. Regular baked potato and small chili is an easy order and they screwed up both. A fork woulda been nice too, but if you figure out no onion I'm not surprised

Service was great came in 15 mind brfore closing Ang took care of me even with all my requests great night staff made my order fresh good location

Wish i would've checked my food at the window, the spicy chicken sandwich I got was so flat and so dry, I paid almost $12 for the number 6 and the sandwich was horrible. I couldn't even eat more then half, now my stomach feels like the food is stuck and I keep feeling nauseous.

I live close to Wendy's so go there often. Usually the service is great. I ordered thru the drive thru last week. When I got home I realized I was given the wrong order. I paid for a classic chicken combo but got the Biggie bag with a jr bacon cheese burger. I tried calling the restaurant but no one answered. I emailed customer service and they said they couldn't find my order on the app. I called customer service and told them it was a drive thru not app order. They said someone would call me back... No one has. I'm really disappointed in their customer service and will probably not go back there again.
