I really appreciate the kindess showed to my corgi, who has recently transitioned to a wheelchair. guy at the drive through asked if he could give her a nugget made hers and my day

Upon walking in, I noticed how good it smelt because of the food. I also noticed how clean the restaurant was and looked over to see an employee cleaning all around the restaurant. I visited during the morning hours but sorta around lunchtime so it was getting busy. The restaurant was pretty quiet and not noisy at all so about average. So I placed my order with a friendly and professional employee at the cashier. They ended up forgetting about my order somehow but I was in no rush so it was fine. However, the friendly and professional employee that took my order kindly apologized and made sure I got my food as soon as possible. I ordered the $5 bag deal which comes with a burger, fries, nuggets, and a drink of course. I was surprised of how great of a deal that was because it was probably the most cheapest and fulfilling meal I've ever had in a very long time, it's just unbeatable. This Wendy's location is quite good at customer satisfaction, despite the mishap with my order, they made it right.I stepped away from my table to use the restroom. The bathroom was very clean and tidy looking. Bathroom had hand soap and paper towels right at your fingertips. This Wendy's location does not offer any gender neutral restrooms, just a heads up so you know what to expect. I do have to say that the employees do a great job maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant environment. This Wendy's location is great for family, kids, or groups in general. There is a drive-thru option if you're not interested in dining inside. They're quite slow during the morning hours until about noon is when they tend to get super busy. I do recommend this Wendy's location because the employees are pretty awesome at their jobs. I never do get bad service when I do go to this location... so it's a highly recommend for sure.

Super fast drive thru service at 2:30pm. Female on first window was gorgeous too. Second window gave me my food right away. Must have taken 2 min max. Lol....order was correct and complete. If you don't like be rushed you might not like that. I was in a hurry lol

I come to this Wendy's a few times a month and normally get "OKAY" service. But tonight was NOT OKAY. I had to wait at the speaker box for about 3 mins without the order taker saying ANYTHING. Then I get to the window, and I add an additional item to my order. In the middle of me adding my item, the "MANAGER" decides to close the drive thru window on me......AS I AM TALKING TO HIM......

I had a mobile order that I had order before i left the house I got there and went inside thinking it was going to be faster , they started my order right when I got there , told me to wait around 10 minutes those turn to a 45 minutes wait i was the only person in the lobby they weren't super busy I don't know why it took so long , one of the workers there was just chilling seating in the lobby while taking orders on he's headset just there talking to another one of he's coworkers that was in break I guess , he was acting like their was no rush at all for them to get my order ready just so frustrating

Wendys business practices have changed I like the manager for her professionalism but district manager never did reach out so had I choke on the chicken bone from my pecan grill chicken salad lets just say had I choke are puncture my gums I would of sue them becareful if you like the salad with grill chicken beware of rib bones from the chicken breast .I have a ate salad from Chick-fil-A never had I bit into a chicken pay more get more fruit and no bones won't give wendys another dime !!!!!

Chicken wrap had old cheese in it. Nuggets were fried in the oil, which was probably changed when the first opened, and it had huge hair in it. Barely took a bite, and it was crispy like chips. Definitely not recommended to eat hear.

Count your days they got my whole order wrong don't order from their the food was cold and over all it really pissed me off 0/10

The very first thing I noticed upon entering this Wendy's around 11:30am on March 7th is that the cashier was vaping as they greeted personal visitors. I asked her to wash her hands to which she argued that she doesn't touch food despite my watching her HANDLE food. She did, however, comply. Hands should be washed after smoking/vaping and touching the friends you left the counter to greet, extending my wait time. Overall vibe is sketchy. Keep an eye on your stuff. Eat and go.

2020/10 stars for this place the guy was very amazing at his job being patient with me with the order I was trying to get the whole thing. He let me know that he was making fresh patty'a so I returned the patience to this golden man. On top of that he asked me for any condiments. And the icing on the cake he let me know he put fresh bacon in the burger fresh bacon and a few more. Golden service amazing no word boom pow!
