Wendy's

I came through this Wendy's on Christmas Eve looking for a quick bite to eat before our big family dinner. I don't expect much service on Christmas Eve because I understand that people would rather be home instead of working. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised by every staff member that I came into contact with. They were professional, friendly, and personable throughout the entire process. From the person that took my order. To the person that took payment and to the person that handed me my food. Everyone from top to bottom did an amazing job. Ownership and management should be proud!

This is a typical Wendy's. It's fast food and that sort of sums it up. If you come in expecting fast food - this is the place for you. The food was served hot and fast; the staff was ok but not overly pleasant or friendly. They did their job.Easy access in and out.

Food is good as always which is why I'm giving 2 stars. They just remodeled their dining room. Too bad they never have it open and the drive through takes forever.

Out of 5 tries in past year for convenience absolutely brutal. No more the franchise's owner should be fired. Soggy greasy buns every time. Uncooked fries. Nothing crispy or tasty about a basic cheeseburger meal.m ever. Go to another one

This has to be the worst Wendy's I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Not only did it take 35 minutes in the Drive-Thru. Not one employee was wearing a mask! You could get COVID and tested for it quicker then grabbing a freaking Cup of chili!

Being my neighborhood Wendy's, this location has taught me to love Wendy's again. My food has always been fresh, good service and timely. Order always right so thanks team

Worst experience ever! Incorrect order delivered online. Try rectify it with the manager and she called me a fucking bitch. Don't even know if they'll put this on yelp but that's what happened.!!!!

For the THIRD time in two months, they can't seem to tell the difference between spicy chicken nuggets and regular. i'm done giving money to these morons. service was bad. food wasn't at all what i ordered. ambiance was gross. The wrong chicken nuggets they gave me were also cold and soggy when they came out of the window.

I went through the drive through and ordered a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger and small coke. It was $6.78. I thought wow. The sandwich is small and the drink is small. I asked if that was right and was told yes. So I went online to the app. I was charged $3.79 for the cheeseburger and on the app it is $2.79. I was charged $2.49 and on the app it's $2.39. What's going on? It's only a $1+, but just check your receipt. Not coming here again!

This place in Arvada CO. was such a disappointment! The service was terrible, had to wait forever we were just about to go in but finally they came out. The food was cold, they were not even busy! No apology for the long wait also in this economic climate you would think they would be on top of it for good service and well prepared food. Save your money for another place!
