For a gluten free vegetarian your only option is the veggie tacos but for those that are celiac please be wary they share the same cook top with glutinous products! The veggie tacos were tasty with carrots and cauliflower sautéed with a stir fry sauce. I'd love to see an option with a protein source in the future!

My favorite part of any event hosted at Hudson Gardens?THE FOOD TRUCKS.In seeing Super Diamond (Neal Diamond cover band), we eagerly headed to the food truck station to fill our bellies before the show!Although the menu is small (and the line is usually long) - there is something for everyone at this truck! We chose to nosh on the Wechef Nachos and spring rolls, which were both deliciously fried and hit the spot. The nachos featured crispy fried wonton chips (NOM!) topped with chicken (or protein if your choice), homemade slaw, cilantro, and smothered in sweet soy/sriracha mayo, which was light and utterly delicious!! The spring rolls were golden fried and filled with veggies for the perfect crunch! Looking for a bahn mi? Its here! Craving dumplings? All yours! Needing the perfect mix? Curry fries to the rescue!Portions are decent and while pricing may seem steep - the unique and powerful flavors are worth it.Because this truck stops at various events and is spotted at breweries around the city, I'm bound to sample more of their offerings in the future!

I happened to come across this food truck at the Stapleton Winter Welcome Event on Friday November 17th 2017. From their Menu, I ordered the Asian Steak Tacos ($9) and the Loaded Curry Fries ($9).The Asian Steak Tacos comes in 3 tortillas. My choice of protein, was the Steak. The Steak are sautéed with their signature 5 spice seasoning. The Steak Tacos are topped with home-made slaw, cilantro and Sriracha Mayo. For my order of Loaded Curry Fries, the Fries are fried, and made to order. They are tossed with Curry seasoning, drizzled with Sriracha Mayo and Curry Infused Ketchup. The Loaded Curry Fries are then sprinkled with Black and White Sesame Seeds, Cilantro and Green Onions. They also comes with the Slaw too.All in all my Dinner was OK. The flavors of the steak is different from what I am used to. From my observations while waiting for my food order to be ready, it seems the steak is being cooked and "distributed" evenly for my order the Steak Tacos and the Loaded Fries. Hence, the flavors of the steak is similar in some shape or form. But with different condiments or dressings for my Dinner order to go.I don't mind ordering from them again. I do hope they can extend their menu in the future since that evening, their Menu seems a little limited. We Chef Kitchen can be found through their facebook account and their calendar events will be posted regularly if you are interested to find them in Denver Metro Area.www.wechefkitchen.comTel : (303) 999-1173

Our family tried this food truck tonight and all felt sick afterwards. We all got something different- sandwich, nachos, noodles. Everything was very very greasy. Guessing thats why we are all sitting here feeling sick. Definitely not worth the price, won't be returning.

I ordered the nachos, potstickers, and tempura shrimp. The shrimp was excellent. I really liked the batter. The pot stickers were alright. My girl's liked them, but I am not fond of fried pot stickers. The nachos were disappointing. The sauce on the steak was a little too sweet, and the proportion of chips to toppings was out of balance.

Stumbled upon weChef at the Denver Colosseum. Very friendly and helpful staff, generous portions and good prices. Had the Wonton chicken nachos (enough to share) and they were delicious! Would've liked more slaw but should've asked. Other menu items looked equally awesome.

My wife and I ate at the WeChef food truck over this past weekend at The Great American Beer Festival. They had a limited menu as would be expected at a festival of that size. They had a "special" running for the event which would include the entree, a half order of fried potstickers and a drink. They claimed that would save 4 or 5 dollars over ordering those items separately. Here's the problem. For our 2 meals it cost over $50. I don't remember exactly what the total was but it was something like $53. I ordered the 3 taco meal. As I mentioned, the "special" came with fried potstickers. These potstickers were cold and soggy. Not enjoyable in the least. Back to the tacos. They had only one option for protein, pork, and it was placed in 3 corn tortillas with some other toppings and sauces. The corn tortillas were not warmed up at all, so they were very cold. They were also very brittle so picking up these tacos with your hands as intended was impossible as they just crumbled. The flavor of the meat and topping was fine but definitely not good enough to see past the ice cold tortillas and the $25+ price. I should add that the drinks included in this special were listed at $5.50 each. Options were typical sodas and bottled water. Outrageous. My wife ordered the the Bomb Me sandwich special with the potstickers and water. Same story on the potstickers for her and she could only manage to force down half the sandwich. The meat, again pork was only option, was really dry and the bread for the sandwich was also extremely dry, making it hard to eat. In looking at past reviews of this food truck, I see prices were closer to half what we paid. I understand the idea of raising prices in that scenario as you have a captive audience but I feel this was highway robbery. If the food was even remotely good, I could look past the cost but unfortunately it was not. If you are going to charge that much money, you better have a great product. You better take the extra steps, like heat up the tortillas for tacos. Most folks get in to a food truck business because they love cooking and they take pride in their creations. This was not the feeling we took away from this experience. This felt like a money grab and was very disappointing

We used WeChef for a recent graduation party. Amber and her team were easy to work with, served the food fast, and it was SO delicious. Our guests all said great things- the potstickers and wontons were an especially big hit. Highly recommend for any catering or other food truck needs!
