Wave The Grain - Littleton

My best friend was in town visiting to celebrate her birthday and I wanted to find her some gluten free cupcakes. I came across Wave The Grain and was delighted to hear that Friday is cupcake day! I picked up 6 different cupcakes (all equally delicious) and some banana bread. The consistency of the cupcakes and bread were so smooth and soft! No one could even tell it was gluten free. Thankful to have this spot nearby and will definitely return!

A delicious allergy-friendly bakery! A friend and I were interested in trying out their Gluten, dairy, and soy-free sourdough bread so I went to pick up an order. Even though the website states that it's free of all the things I listed above, when I got there, they said that they spray the pan with a soy spray and I am allergic to soy. I wish they would opt to use a more neutral oil that's allergy-friendly, such as avocado oil spray. I was not able to pick up a loaf so that was super disappointing, but the ladies who work there were so gracious to order me a custom loaf, free of all the things, and at no extra charge. It took about a week to get a loaf for myself, but it was worth the wait! It was so delicious even though it felt super dense, it was the perfect texture and great for slicing to make some toast. The sourdough loaves were $15 a piece so not the cheapest but for a fresh gluten-free bread, it's worth it! I also got some pumpkin and chocolate breads, each for six dollars a piece so it's definitely a splurge but they were delicious especially when you heat them just slightly. I'm so glad that the bakery is just a short trip down the road from my house. I'll definitely be making more trips here soon!

I'm so glad I finally tried this place out! I wasn't planning on going the day that I went, but when I saw it in the shopping center I was at I knew I had to go in. The staff were super friendly! The lady that helped me pointed out all of the vegan choices. There were so many! I picked a chocolate coffee cake and I was so glad I did! I normally don't pick coffee flavored desserts, but it was soooo good. I'm definitely going back soon to try something else.

My new favorite place being dairy free & gluten free! Everything is so yummy. Denise was amazing and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!!

Delicious, safe options for GF folks. Sweet and savory times were available and each day a special kind of treat is offered. We were greeted right away and given a "tour" of the cases and offered info about the shop. Definitely recommend! Our cupcakes were moist and not heavy and dense like many gf treats can be. They were still delicious the next day. Definitely recommend!

I'm always looking for a good place to find gluten free treats and this is one of my favorites. Everything I have gotten there has been excellent. My favorite is the chocolate croissant. It is perfect for when I am craving a sweet treat, it is very delicious.

Disappointed with vegan cinnamon rolls. They must be preordered with a minimum of 6 buns. Wish I could've tried one instead of having to order them because they were not good.The bread part is dense, really hard, and salty. The frosting was good because it was not too sweet, but overall it's not edible so I am super disappointed we spent the money on half a dozen.

I was so excited to be buying freshly baked GF bread. It was just meh... VERY dense, dry, and lacked flavor. The price was crazy expensive- $22 for 1 loaf of sour dough bread. I guess could be considered the crazy one for paying such a price! Disappointed... I won't be back. Maybe the other items are better???

Super sweet and friendly staff, tried the chocolate parfait and it was so rich and delicious.Pretty cute seating area inside, highly recommend if you're GF!
