Wahoo's Fish Taco

Wow first time here. Great food. Very fresh and delicious flavors. We really enjoyed the spicy chicken taco and enchiladas. The beans are delicious too. Queso and chips were very good. Look forward to coming back. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Fun vibe and good music.

I had never been inside a Wahoos before and I'm regretting that after this meal. I was never sure what to think about "fish" tacos and that doubt kept me away. That's fear was unfounded as fish tacos are absolutely amazing. The restaurant itself was bright, clean and very colorful. I enjoyed the surf boards and the paint schemes. The woman at the counter really helped my wife and I sort through the menu items as we were not familiar with anything. Of course, we're had to try a single fish taco just to see what the hype was about. They are mouth watering and have a very unique taste. My wife and I are new fans and groupies of Wahoos and have already been back twice. The service at this particular store is really above and beyond.

I really wanted to love this place due to me missing the SoCal beach vibe. You order at the counter, and they bring the food to your table. They have a decent selection of soft drinks and local beers. The price per taco is a bit high, but it's a pretty big taco. The carnitas meat is soft, not crispy...like they should be. The flavors could be a bit bolder. The salsas are pretty solid. Probably won't be back.

We order from this location often in my office for lunch on Fridays. I like the ease of the online ordering system and now they added that you can order extra green sauce online instead of asking for extras in person when picking up the order and pissing off whoever is helping you. That made me happy. My food has always been exactly as ordered, however I have seen them forgot things such as extras or sauces. It is usually something small but just slightly annoying. I love the vibe of Wahoos. Southern Cali feel. I always get the same thing. I have tried other things on the menu but I keep gravitating back to the grilled chicken tacos with extra green sauce. I double up the black beans and then I am set for lunch. Always tastes the same and consistent. A solid place for lunch for sure.

Some of the best tacos that I've ever had. I asked the girl for 2 of her favs. Carnitas were excellent t and spicy hot. Tolerable for me but they are spicy.

Not a place that I would come a gainThe chicken was not good, was not enough cooked they cover it with lettuce so you'll not see the chicken Expensive compared to the quality of the food

The fish tacos were great. Service was fine. Place seemed kinda dirty. I won't be returning. The reason is not the food or service. I asked for a receipt and saw a 5% service fee on there. It was only like 70 cents but the tacos were $5.50 each, then tax and a drink. Almost $16. Again, the tacos were tasty. But I'm eating at home more and more.

Usually when I walk up to counter, employee puts down their cell phone. In this case the employee finished his text message. Then he handed me a dirty water cup. Take a learning from Disney...no cell phones while working. So easy. Get it together leaders. Take action or you may go out of business.

Do not eat here. Steak was completely raw and gave me and my boyfriend food poisoning.

This place is awesome! Only third time here and I thought the first time was a fluke 'cause the Regional Mgr 'Tommy' was at the shop on our first visit so all was ship shape for the boss....wrong, it's like this every time!! The food was incredible, the service outstanding with the most friendly staff ANYWHERE. The staff is non-stop cleaning, making sure you're happy etc etc. I thought I was in the twighlight zone! So even without Tommy, the mgr and everyone was working their butts off and being as friendly as possible. Where am I? Certainly not in a 2023 restaurant, but maybe 1980 when service, hot good food, friendly people and a sparkling clean place were standards versus the exception! BTW, all the food really is good.If you see a less than stellar review, look at the date, that was then, this is now!,
