W XYZ Bar

Actually really nice for a hotel lobby bar. 6 TVs, couches, old school board games, and plenty of room to mingle. Full bar with plenty of top shelf liquor, local and craft beers and a surprisingly decent sized menu! Large fireplace that passes through to the outside seating area where you can hang out on more large couches and lounge chairs even on those cold foothills nights! Bar service is what you'd expect at a not so busy hotel bar, but I've seen it in action on nights during big events or pre/post shows at the 1st Bank Center and they do not disappoint. I won't lie, when Melanie was behind bar, this place rocked. She has since moved on, but Dee behind bar now it's still great.

Adequate hotel bar with good sevice, i did not eat but did enjoy some pleasant live tunes one evening before heading to Hickory ans Ash....

A hotel lobby bar, standard for the W hotels. This one just isn't off the ground yet. Reminds me of the bar my uncle used to have in his basement... not sure how they justified the cost of the liquor license for this one...Long story short, as soon as this corner of Broomfield gets populated, it'll probably be hoppin'. Until then, it's a neon-clad ghosttown. Sorry, Xyz.

I would have given it 5 stars based on the bartender, Winona, alone. She's amazing! So much fun, best personality and great customer service. When we checked in the "manager" was confrontational and less than friendly. We went to the room and said we wouldn't stay here again. However, after the service we reviewed tonight we will definitely be coming back.

Cool neo-modern type hotel bar. If you miss LA then this is for you. This place is great because it's usually empty and it's a good change from Potts/Biersch and other restaurants. Although since is usually empty, it can be boring...

Zach is the ginger bartender who makes this joint great, always enjoy mingling with people from all over the world in a great setting!

Looking for something new and refreshing in Broomfield, visit the W xyz bar inside the aloft hotel. This place is new, fun and exciting! They've got a pool table, lots of tv's, fun retro board games scattered about and comfy couches and great music! The specialty infused cockatials are to die for, try the brown eyed girl! This is not the typical hotel bar, all the locals are making this their hang out and I can totally see why! Check it out on thursday and friday nights when they have a dj!
