Twisters Burgers and Burritos

Recently had an opportunity to grab twisters for take out. Ordered the ultimate scorpion chicken sandwich and the green chili hamburger. Overall we weren't blow away by the food. The fries were fine, the sandwiches were fine but nothing that was super new or innovative. We'd likely go to other burger places in the future around the area.

Exeptional service and food preperation. I ordered the SanteFe smothered with extra crispy potatoes... very good.

So we do like this place and thought that we could get a good dinner on the way home. This time is an exception. The food was salty and took forever to come. The server who took our order was great - friendly and helpful. The server who brought the food was also great. She apologized for the delay and then re-made my dish as they put red Chile on it instead of green. But because it had taken so long for the initial order to be filled, after a few bites of his side of Chile cheese fries with green Chile, I couldn't eat my dinner as they were done eating and wanted to leave because they were tired. I was also tired and I didn't feel like eating the meal when I got home either. So no dinner for me other than some fries. The server was nice enough to offer us the red Chile dish to take home but none of us wanted it. And she refunded some of our payment to apologize. So service was great but food not so much. He said we're never coming here again. We shall see. Restaurant was clean.

I was expecting a good burrito with actual green Chile on top with cheese. It had no flavor other than the flour and had to add my own cheese at home but it still didn't taste good.This is my 3rd time trying this place since I live close by and all visits were disappointing.

The food was awful. We wasted $50 on watery chile on top of tasteless burritos with low quality ingredients, hot wings also overly drowned in sauce & worse than "minute rice" rice and beans. Not only did the kids refuse to eat, my husband and I also could not stomach our meal. I was soo excited to try this place as we just moved to Parker. We should've taken the lights being off inside the restaurant at the drive thru as a sign to Leave and go elsewhere. I will say that the one nice thing was a very friendly service worker. She was patient with understanding my hubby's strong southern accent & assured all of the food was correct and in which bags.

Always great spot for a fresh burrito. Everything is cooked fresh.I get the local favorite the Santa Fe. Smothered in green sauce and I add pinto beans.Their machaca burrito is very filling if you don't want a breakfast burrito.

The green chile here is very good. The breakfast burritos are pretty good as well if you score freshly prepared eggs and potatoes. The burrito covering is way too thick and bulky which detracts from the fillings. This is unfortunately common at Mexican restaurants all around town.Note that the full menu is served all day. Funny enough, my breakfast burrito was much better at lunch versus breakfast time.

I tried this place for the first time today, and it will be my last. I ordered their "best in the city" twister burrito. What a joke. The fries were stale and the green chili sauce was soup and all over the place. 10 gallons of food on a 5 gallon plate. When it should have been a bowl. Big bowl of slop. There was more on the table after I was done then anywhere else. Sorry for the mess but u did it to yourselves.

What a disappointment this food was. I saw the scorpion chicken add and thought it looked really good and made a special trip to try it out. What I received was a piece of fried chicken with sweet baby rays sauce on a bun with tomato, received fries and drink. $13.35! Low quality ingredients. I will never go back or recommend. Spend you money somewhere else.

Saturday morning. So I was hungry for a green chili burrito close to home in Parker. Twisters wasn't my favorite by any means but it was close and I stopped in to place an order to dine in.I could see that the drive through was rather busy, but after waiting at the counter for over 7 minutes without being acknowledged is crazy. Everyone of the staff saw that I was standing there. There wasn't a hello, welcome in, be with you soon from any of the employees.I mentioned to them I was ready to order and the only one who spoke English said I will have to wait for the drive through first without even taking my order and anything. Needless to say, this reinforces what I have experienced before, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.I will NEVER return to Twisters again.
