Trestles Coastal Cuisine

Unbeatably one of the best in the area. Mostly for locals but totally worth the trip if you're outside of the circle. Good view on the outdoor seating and calm interior space where you can actually have some conversation without yelling.Breakfast burrito and the veggie omelet are the best and if you're there before 9:30am, then you get to enjoy the morning happy hour. Bottomline, if you're in the area, you must try this place.

Wonderful seafood restaurant in a landlocked state. I've been here a few times and always had delicious food. The crab cakes are packed full of crab. The lobster roll looks small but you'll have to use a fork to get all the lobster falling out of the bread! And please do yourself a favor and get dessert. It's an experience! Everything I've had is freaking amazing! The restaurant is big, lots of tables and not close together. Plenty of room to spread out. They have a few booths, but they are a bit tight on the stomach. Tables are comfy. The servers are well trained and they are always well staffed. Just a great dining experience.

Another great meal at Trestles! Jules (Julianna) was the perfect hostess! Requested drinks were nearly immediate. Order was taken promptly. Breakfast/lunch was just as prompt. My wife ordered a Denver Omelette which she pronounced GREAT. I noticed her English Muffin was absolutely perfectly toasted! I ordered Not Y'r Everyday Grilled Ham Sandwich. On thick sourdough, ham, sautéd mushrooms, and a Dijjonaise Orange Marmalade. Incredible! The sourdough had been grilled in butter and it was wonderful. A salad accompanied and it was great as well. We can hardly wait to go back. We've only do breakfast/lunch but need to explore dinner. Great experience!i

You wouldn't expect good seafood in the middle of a land locked state, but here you'll be surprised. Try almost anything and be satisfied! The servers were all contributing to make the experience even better

We were not planning on going to Trestles this evening but the other restaurant was already booked by 5:30pm. We were immediately seated when we walked in. Miranda was our server. The restaurant could have been a little brighter but I know a lot enjoy a darker atmosphere in the evenings.We split up some of the appetizers - Oysters Aglio and Oysters España. Both were delicious. I debated over a couple of entrées and settled on the Ostrich with Lingonberry berries and spiced rum sauce and he had Shrimp Cavatappi. The ostrich was cooked to perfection and the sauce was a great complement.We split a dessert with chilled Sambuca.

My husband and I went to Trestles for our date night! The oysters are fresh, the fish we got was delicious and tasty! The ambiance is really nice and the service felt like we were family. They are located in a shopping area where there is plenty of parking and the best part close to our home so we do not need to drive to Denver to get fresh seafood! Overall this is a really great spot for yummy seafood!

They have never failed to provide exceptional service and food. The staff is always friendly and compassionate to us and our difficult friend. We have never heard a negative comment from the neighbors!
