Torchy's Tacos

I really like this location more than the one on Interquest. It seems more spacious and didn't feel too overcrowded.Service was quick. Our chips and queso came out as soon as we were seated. The Hillbilly Queso was hot, flavorful, and had the right amount of spice. We really enjoyed this. My kid had the Little Wrecker which was chicken strips and pico de gallo on the side. Apparently, this was supposed to come with fried avocado pieces but it was missing. Disappointing. We ordered the side order of rice and pinto beans. It was OK. Nothing to write home about. The burrito was also sup par. I did however, really enjoy the green chile pork taco. The fried avocado taco was complete mush to eat. It was overloaded with refried beans that you couldn't even taste the avocado at all.Torchy's is definitely not what I remember it being like I had it back in Texas. But service was good and if I were to return, I would definitely get the queso and green chile pork taco again.

I looooove Torchy's and I'm so glad they opened another location in Colorado Springs! I run errands at First & Main Town Center a lot so it's very convenient. They just opened this location and honestly I couldn't even tell because everything ran so smoothly. We actually had people waiting on us more than I've experienced before, like bringing us utensils and a to-go foil and bag. Noice. We went at noon on a Sunday so it was obviously packed but we really didn't jsvw to wait too long for our food. They also have a spacious outdoor patio that's covered in the winter. I get the green chile queso every time. I could drink it. And usually the Democrat and Green Chile Pork tacos. I wanted a drink today but forgot my ID. :( next time!

The food was decent. I didn't enjoy how overpriced it was or how much I had to pay extra for sauce. Staff didn't seem well trained (but was opened recently, I believe, so that has some weight in that factor). The manager was very nice and helped us out, which was greatly appreciated. Personally, I didn't enjoy it, but my wife and mother seemed to enjoy it. Music was very loud and wasn't great for a sit down.

Very cool spot ..got the breakfast burrito and the amazing queso. Really tasty salsas with perfect temperature ...great chips ...fast service

Love the food! I first tried them in TX on the recommendation of my sister and a close friend and have been looking forward to eating tem again ever since. I guess we're getting one in Las Vegas this year so I can have them whenever I want! The quality is great and the flavor combinations are on point. The service is friendly and helpful and the pricing is comparable to other taco spots. Good stuff!

Got three different kinds of tacos really good flavor but little dinky things with some chips and queso 30 bucks tacos could've been bigger

Pricey (as expected) but so worth the food + experience!I was a little annoyed with the "tip screen" option since you order your food at the counter but there were multiple people tending to our table - asking if we wanted a refill of chips, more alcoholic beverages, and clearing our plates as soon as we were finished. They were all very kind and on top of it. I asked if the tip at the register gets split + they confirmed it does.Anyway, the food was SO good, we got the chips + green chili Queso, grande burritos, the Baja shrimp + brushfire tacos. I love how they paired sauces with the tacos so I didn't have to guess which sauce to get. Our kids ate ALL of their food (they DO have a kids menu that is not displayed on the big screen !)I don't mind a pricier meal when the service + food match the price, thank you!

We love Torchy's tacos, and we're so excited that they built one closer to us! Came here for brunch the other day, so I decided I'd try something new! I got the qrangler, and it was delicious! I loved the big egg with the shredded beef. The sauce paired so well with it all! It's bigger than the other tacos they have, so one filled me up! We also got their queso to share. it's one of our favorite quesos in town! The queso has hot sauce, feta cheese, guac, and cilantro. Having those other flavors not mixed in adds another layer to the flavor that is just beyond amazing! And their chips are so fresh and crispy, but we run out every time, but you can always asl for more. The service was great too! When we walked up, they immediately gave us a kids menu. Though they were out of the ones he could color on at least, we could see the food options. The food also came out super quickly, our buzzer didn't even go off before it was out. They also have this beautiful outdoor seating area that is covered and looks like the walls can be moved for when it's cold or hot. If you haven't been here, I highly recommend it!

Upon entering this establishment, the girl at the front register greeted us just fine however, after completing the order she goes to the back and comes back not even 3 mins later and asks me what I ordered. As if she had completely forgotten my order after only just ordering 2 mins before she asked. Following that she continued to ask questions about my order as if I never ordered a damn thing. And then her co worker from the back comes up with a bag and I follow with asking "excuse me is that my tipsy chick tacos and my chips with cheese" and that girl follows to have attitude and says "no" with rolling eyes.... Come to find out the girl at the register had put the same order number on all the orders that were coming out fresh. I did not get her name however she has black curly short hair. Not to mention this was my first time at this food spot. Terrible customer service and the tacos are basic and way over priced. To top everything off for all the hassle and inconvenience my wife had asked if we can get a free dessert for the long wait and confusion and she had turned it down. Now let me tell you I have worked fast food my entire life and if I ever inconvenienced a customer I would make sure to throw in a little dessert or extra item for free to make sure the customer felt heard and satisfied. I will NEVER be returning here. Terrible establishment and terrible customer service!!!! I would definitely not recommend it and I be taking my money elsewhere.

Pretty much expect to have your face blown away July the flavors!! Taco of the Month and a slammin custom torch menu! I have not been able to get away from last month's special, the " Scally wag"! And the Baja shrimp is fire too!!Everyone here is polite happy smiling, helpful and remarkably chill for a place you don't have to tip. I tip anyway here but I'm curious if all the staff split those tips or are they only for the person at the register? Anyway- outdoor seating and several 75" (ish) screens and the bathrooms are almost always 3.5/5 stars which is remarkable for the traffic that comes thru all day. I've never seen the dining area short of people; just tables and chairs! Oh yeah- the QUESO here is fire!! Even if you're not a chorizo fan, it's so good. I use left overs on taquitos cuz I'm a fat ass. And they have the thin delicious and salty corn chips. lol. Pro tip- if you're not sure if you can eat 2 or more tacos, just order them one at a time. Trust me. Only complaint is the death trap parking and navigating to get there from 21. I'm now a regular
