I can't find a better place than this artisan coffee shop inside a grad school so I could cozy up on a super cold day at the tail end of the frigid vortex weather. I could have easily gone to one of the coffee shops I already knew but that simply wasn't a satisfying thought to be frank. I bothered to google search to find something new for me to experiment/experience. I did the right thing. Getting here was a bit tricky. My GPS took me to a different building which I knew wasn't the right place. I almost left without making any further effort but good thing that I remained resilient in my quest. At last, I finally came to the right building. "Is this a church?" was what I thought once I was inside the building. Well, precisely speaking, it's a grad school (Augustine Institute; if you get lost like I did due to my inaccurate GPS directions, put Augustine Institute in your map), an institution where students major in Catholic apostolate. But you need not worry what your religious views or background is. The coffee shop has a very welcoming atmosphere where all are welcome and accepted no matter what you are. Such feeling came when Jack, the kind and warm hearted barista upfront, not only asked me my name but also introduced himself to me like a good neighbor does. What an ice breaker it was to warm me up upon arrival. The customer service is simply impeccable here.I ordered a cappuccino. And to go along with the caffeine, I got me the ham & cheese croissant. And to enjoy this place fully I opted for dine in (as I was not in a hurry.)There was another young man upfront alongside Jack. That young man brought me my cappuccino to my table. Later, Jack brought me my croissant. I really liked the way they warmed up my savory. They used a panini maker to press it down so the croissant was flattened to fairly thin. All the ingredients were nice and warm to the right temperature. I still tasted the flaky croissant on the outside. I've never seen a croissant served like this so I found it to be very creative. My cappuccino tasted wonderfully. Whereas I do like the bitter coffee taste sometimes I prefer it to be mellowed out by whatever the dairy product they use so it's creamy to some extent. Since I asked for whole milk (as Jack asked me what kind of mild I wanted) the kind of milk I chose was just the right kind to make my cappuccino to be the perfection of artisan coffee. Quiet and cozy with comfort seatings through, my late morning coffee time was simply perfect.

Nice cafe tucked within a nondescript office building. Surprisingly pretty busy, yet quiet. Very clean and mountain-chalet kind of feel. Maybe it's the cozy fireplace (although not lit at the time of my visit), maybe it was Memphis, maybe it's Maybelline. Who cares? I really enjoyed the ambiance. The fun games they have for use while there is a great idea also. The staff was very attentive and nice. They definitely have servants' hearts. I had an espresso and a sausage breakfast burrito bc I am a ho for anything brekky. Yuh-to-the-Um!So warm, cheesy and inviting...I wanted to jump in and cuddle!I am a meat lover, so was left wanting in that regard, bc although size is relative, quantity DOES matter!Still, tasty and fresh and a good size! (The burrito)I will absolutely be back and definitely recommend this fine establishment.

Tolle Lege has become my go to, favorite coffee shop. Nick, Mira and Jennifer make this wonderful atmosphere home, Better than home as I don't have to make my own coffee and food. No more pretentious coffee shops in Greenwood Village that are about image, fighting for chairs and screaming over the noise. Tolle Lege is the real deal.

This coffee shop is a wonderful new find! Hidden in a Catholic graduate school, this elegant cafe has lots of comfortable seating. I could've sat here working for many hours, if I'd had the time. The espresso is excellent and they have a large range of allergy friendly snacks. Thank you! The service was fast and friendly. I'll definitely be back again!

I really enjoyed my coffee here. The seating is warm and inviting and the service was great. I got an Americano with the maple cinnamon vanilla syrup and YUM! Knocked off a star because the bakery items are not made fresh. The baked items looked exactly like a Starbucks. I would come here again.

Very unassuming location but beautiful environment with plenty of work space and variety of seating to shift with your needs whether you need to get in the zone or need to meet with others. Delicious and unique latte options served in wonderful heavy mugs that encourage you to stay a while. The service is warm and friendly adding to the cozy ambiance, Given it's context inside a school of theology, you can expect a community vibe and lots of meetings between students as well as staff. Bring your AirPods if you are studying or working alone and don't want to eavesdrop on conversations around you.

Food is exactly what I expected: Delicious, scrumptious, delicious. Service is exceptionally kind. Everything is served with love. The ambience is one of a studious common room in the Gryffindor dormitory. Seriously awesome. What more is there to say? Find out for yourself
