Tokyo Joe's

Came here for dinner on a Monday night. Ordered at the counter to go and the food came out in around 10 minutes. I personally think the best bang for your buck is the kids meal. I got a chicken teriyaki, and it was very plentiful.They had lots of indoor seating however we decided to take out food to go. Have a very good experience. I would be happy to come back from a kids meal.

Not so fresh sushi. Avocado is brown, taste is mediocre. Will consider driving further next time.

Every time I give it another chance to this place it's always meh!!! The food is either salty or too sweet. The service is excellent that's the best of it. Even though the food is not the greatest the ambiance is very relaxing, nice,neat and warm. I wish they have the time to drain the noodles before mixing it with the rest of the ingredients. Other than that this place is not too bad if you want to spend only $10 for a bowl of decent noodles.

A quick and easy lunch - a build your own bowl is enough for leftovers to go. I would recommend signing up for the loyalty program since you get $5 off your first purchase. The staff was kind and service was quick. The whole restaurant was clean with plenty of parking options and plenty of seating allows you space between other patrons

This was my second trip to this location (both times I have gone with my sister, who is an avid Tokyo Joe's fan). I think the ambiance of the restaurant is fine - it's not too loud or too quiet, however, it was quite cold this most recent trip (but there are worse problems to have - it was 80 degrees outside)! The servers/employees are always nice (I take a bit to order because as I said, this last visit was only my second one), and they are super helpful about explaining the menu and the options available, as well as suggestions to make the food how they think you might like it (based on what you say). The food was hot (since it's cooked/heated to order - mostly), and it was pretty good. This last time, I got (I don't remember the name) a noodle dish, and I would pass on that the next time, personally. I think the first time I got the MoJo(?) bowl, which I liked better than the noodle version/dish. Overall, I would go again, I just need to try more of the menu to see what I like/don't like and get more experience.

Went for a leasurly lunch date with my honey recently. We LOVE us some TJ's! The place was mostly empty but for a few people. More employees than customers. We shared a poke bowl, spring rolls with chicken, spicy tuna roll and a bowl of General Joe's Soup. Y'all. That soup... I hadn't had it in YEARS and back then there was no egg. The egg is the most amazing surprise added to an already delicious soup. Everything else was tasty as well...love a good poke bowl and TJ's is my favorite! The chicken in the spring rolls was a tad dry but the sauces help. Why 3 stars? It took a reallllly long time for our food to arrive after we ordered. To go orders were flying out the door which gave the impression that maybe our order was being pushed back to get the to go orders out. Regardless, we will likely be back if we're in the area.

JULIE WAS GREAT! I was having a hard day, it was hot outside, I was starving and on top of that I had just lost my card so I was struggling to do my Apple Pay! She noticed what kinda day I was having and she was being so patient with me, being very kind and was able to help me figure it out at the end. She differently made it a good experience. Food was overall great. Definitely recommend the location.

For an Asian fast food place, Tokyo Joe's is on to something great. The service here was top notch and the bowls were delicious. For the price and what you get, we were pleased. The sugar-free teriyaki was a win for sure. There is plenty of seating inside as well, which is nice when it is busy. The ambiance is clean and inviting.

I'm not one to write reviews nor complain about things but this poached egg in my banh mi bowl is definitely not cooked. When I called to let them know, they gave me a refund. Looking at the receipt for the refund now shows me that they put the refund reason as "customer dissatisfied".Thanks a lot for trying to poison me then blaming me for it
