The atmosphere in the place is beautiful! Ambiance is beautiful and the decor is very pleasant and rich! I ordered the salmon the first time I went, which was really tasty but I wouldn't recommend Spanish rice with it!The chocolate Martini is delicious! And yes what I should have ate first was the dessert: white chocolate brownie! First time I had it, came serviced white fudge but the second and third time white chocolate melted into a sauce warmed and served with ice cream and whipped cream!!!The service fits the experience and the servers make sure you are happy and satisfied!

If I could rate this restaurant lower I would. I, and my entire family got a food born illness from the "Famous Chicken Salad". I called and told them, and they sent me a $50 gift card (like I would eat here again), and didn't follow up to find out if we were doing alright or not -- I called again and asked to speak with the manager, and crickets essentially. While I was still puking my guts out, I got one missed call and nada.Mind you, two of my family who fell ill are 16 months old, and three years-old. My husband had to go to the ER. Please reconsider if you want to eat here. I never write reviews like this, and I understand SOMETIMES things like this happen, but the apathetic way were treated subsequently wasn't right.

We have always loved the food at The White Chocolate Grill, but our recent experience left us extremely disappointed.When we arrived, we were told there would be an hour wait, and they would send a text when our table was ready. After waiting patiently for an hour, we noticed they kept calling other parties--even one of the hostesses greeted a friend who had just arrived and sat them before us. My husband politely asked the hostess for an update, and she curtly replied, "You still have 19 more minutes." This was after we had already waited over an hour.As time went on, the waiting area thinned to just five parties of two. My husband asked again, and we were told they were waiting for an available table. Meanwhile, other parties were still being called. At this point, it was nearly 8 PM (we had arrived at 6:30 PM), and it was clear we were being overlooked.We finally decided to leave and informed the hostess. Her response? A dismissive "OK." No apology, no effort to make it right--just indifference. WOW. Talk about poor customer experience!It's unfortunate because we truly love the food here, but this experience was unacceptable. Management needs to better train their staff and teach them the basics of compassion and professionalism. We ended up going to Cheesecake Factory instead. We hope The White Chocolate Grill addresses this issue because they've lost loyal customers until things improve.

I booked here as my parents were in town. It was hard to tell how to dress because there wasn't a clear photo of the inside. When you come be aware that it is very dark, and some seating requires you to go up steps. Our waitress was so nice and sweet. The service was okay however they forgot to bring out our appetizer and water which was a bummer because I really wanted to try the artichoke. Our entrees came out fairly quickly, so we just asked them to just cancel the artichoke. The burger BBQ bacon burger and the crab cakes were the highlight of the meal. The fries were also cooked to perfect, and our waitress recommend the pumpkin cheesecake which was amazing! Such a good recommendation. Overall, 4/5 stars I would come back if I were in the area, but I don't know if I would go out of my way to eat here again.

I've been here at least five times and the food is delicious. I enjoy the atmosphere too. I've also had good service. The filet salad is really delicious. I always get extra mushrooms as they are a nice touch. I enjoy the ahi tuna (one time it was gross as it had rainbow colors on it). They have yummy cocktails as well.

I really enjoyed my time here, the name of the place had my friend and I laughing. But overall the food was really good; and fresh, I loved how fast the food came out and how tasty everything was. The customer service was great as well, they were able to answer all of my questions and give great tips and foods to try, I loved that they remember my name throughout my entire dinner, that really made me feel good. The ambiance of this restaurant was really nice as well and gave off a comforting atmosphere and vibe.i really enjoyed my time and I will definitely be returning. The only thing I would say is, that the restroom was gross, I am not sure why they didn't clean it that day or Idk. But besides that it was a great experience

Great vibes and rambunctious environmentWe got a cab that was delicious to start. Service was prompt and attentive.Dishes were all really good and healthy portions. I got the steak salad that was surprisingly well made excexuted. We also got the crab cakes and chicken w:mash potatoes. Their fries were top tier btw. I'd order a side if you like fries. Definitely would be back!

Fun atmosphere, great service, and the drinks and food are excellent! Highly recommend!

Great service and food. We came here on a Saturday night and I really enjoyed the variety of food on the menu. I ended up ordering the black sea bass with seasoned butter, and it was very delicious. Also they have a very large drink menu, and our server did a great job helping us pick out wine and cocktails. I would definitely recommend this place.

This was our first time in White Chocolate Grill. It was fantastic! Everything from the setting to service to food! I had the trout and it was amazing. My husband had the grouper also fabulous! We will definitely be back. I can't stop thinking about the trout and couscous!
