Stopped in at Green Mountain Beer Company on 6/6/24 and tried the chicken parm on ravioli special and it was outstanding. Ample parmesan was broiled over the tender and flavorful chicken, ricotta stuffed ravioli with herbs, and spaghetti, with a hearty and fresh tomato-based from-scratch sauce. The price was $15 and it was 100% worth $15 any day of the week. My partner got the fried ravioli and finished it so fast that she forgot to share, but she savored every morsel, and complimented the marinara as well. I considered the entree to be quite the treat to be totally honest. It felt good to eat it, pair it with Green Mountain Beer Company's Kama Citra, and relax. I appreciate the effort that went into this dish. Service was friendly and cordial and the ambiance when paired with Green Mountain Beer Company was welcoming and chill. If you are on the fence about trying the Rolling Italian Food Truck, please take this review as a nudge to take the plunge.

Woah! Great sandwiches from this food truck. We had the eggplant parmigiana and the sausage, onion & peppers hot sandwiches. Good, soft bread and came with great fries. Would definitely try again.

This truck came to a scheduled food truck night in my neighborhood a while ago and, while I was excited to give it a shot, it was a truly disappointing experience. My family and I showed up about 15 minutes after the event was scheduled to start and were about 10th in line. When we got to the window, we were informed that they were already "out" of both the chicken and eggplant parmesan (which I assume means that they didn't bother to bring the ingredients for either). We all ammended our orders accordingly and then proceeded to wait 75 minutes for our orders to be ready. The food itself was wildly underseasoned and essentially at room temperature by the time we got it. I'd say this food truck is (optimistically) only viable if hired privately. If you happen across it randomly, keep walking/driving...

Life is full of little blessings. Each Wednesday, a different food truck parks outside my office. Once monthly, the Rolling Italian pays us a visit. What's to like?I can speak for the meatball parm sub, French fries, garlic bread, and spaghetti w meatballs. All come recommended. I had macaroni and cheese for adults, err, fettucine alfredo once--the pasta wasn't well drained, but I'd try again because the sauce that wasn't runny was damn good. This meatball snob turns his nose up when he smells sausage in a meatball. Italians don't do this, and neither do Rolling Italians. These taste legit, though I doubt veal's on the ingredient list. The meatball sub features chewy Italian bread, provolone, red sauce, and of course, those tasty meatballs. I can pack it away, but $7 leaves me with a second meal.Skin-on French fries come fairly thick, salty, and in a substantial portion, even as a $1 add-on to a sandwich. Pay fifty cents more for sweet potato fries that rock.Friendly service seems consistent. What's not to like? If busy, budget 10-15 minutes.Overall, the Rolling Italian delivers among the best combos of quality, taste, and value that I've found in a Front Range food truck. Prices on food trucks can seem unreasonably high. Not on this one. Another truck visits us monthly with surly service and $15 cheese steaks. I go for Italian every time.

I loved the owner. He's really happy about cooking and feeding crowds.. we had a lot of people so it did take longer than expected. His food truck was a good choice for our crowd. His menu was big, I think next time we hire him, we will ask him to reduce the menu. I think that would of helped getting out the food faster for a larger crowd. We WOULD hire him again.

Please don't put my garlic bread in with hot sauce and a lid so it gets soggy. Over all the truck did a decent job with food. I guess I need to be a little more literal then someone says it's a bowl special with salad and garlic bread. Yeah.. they put it all in the same bowl with a lid. I'm not a food separatist but there are just some things that should not touch.. like Marinara and lettuce. Luckily I was able to rescue some of my lettuce and my 1/2 soggy garlic bread from the bowl before all was lost. They were speedy.. 2 man operation. I have read other experiences were not so speedy. Looks like they were having a good day. I think it was a total of like 5 mins from order to delivery. By the time I walked through the building to my desk, all was still hot. The marinara was about the only home made thing in the bowl so that's all I have to go on. Not to salty... not to spicy..and over all good showing. Oh wait.. there was a meatball, yes that was pretty good. it appeared to be and tasted hand made. Wasn't over cooked still a little pinkish in the middle. The nice big chuck of garlic was a nice touch as well. I didn't want to risk it begin raw garlic so I opted out of eating it whole. Turns out .. it wasn't completely raw. One of the guys next to be snagged the other half of my meatball while my back was turned so he enjoyed it. Over all it was a nice lunch on a colder day. I do hope they visit us again so I can try one of the sandwiches.

This is the BEST Italian food I've ever had. My mom loved the fish and chips too. I got the pesto and alfredo pasta and it was SO good. The pesto was light but very flavorful. I also got the alfredo tortellini for my son and I ended up eating most of it because it was so delicious. He said he LOVED the cheese inside and I couldn't agree more. I can't wait to find this food truck again and try more but it will be hard not to order what we did the first time. I would give 100 stars if I could!!!
