The Rayback

Came here for the first time for a social event and The Rayback honestly exceeded my expectations. The event wasn't all that I had hoped it'd be, but the food, drinks, and vibe definitely made up for it! Since it was a warm day, I opted to sit at one of the high top tables inside--still had a great view to people watch while staying cool (both wins in my book.) While I was here, I decided to try their ballroom blonde beer on tap, and it was pretty dang good. I'm not a big drinker, but I do enjoy a good beer every once in a while. Highly recommend that beer if you're into a lighter taste. I also decided to try some food from Rolling Bones food truck--2 ribs, coleslaw, beans, and mac and cheese with pork green chile. Ribs were decent, but I might try their brisket next time. Everything else was lip smackin' delicious! And normally I'm not a huge fan of mac and cheese, but lemme tell you, the mac and cheese with pork green chile was a game changer! I need to try making that at home. I can totally see why this place was rated one of the best places to have a first date, or any date for that matter. Great atmosphere and pretty good service. Would definitely come back here in the near future!

Stopped by for the first time to enjoy some food and drinks. The food trucks rotate but I absolutely loved trying the Georgia boys bbq!! We also grabbed a couple drinks, and they have tons of variety. Very family friendly. Tons of indoor and outdoor space. There's also a coffee bar during the day! Service was quick.

Really cool brewery in Boulder! Super spacious and has many drink options. The outdoor area is super nice. I tried the cider with spices in it. It tasted festive and wasn't too sweet. They have a parking lot as well but I can see it getting crowded. Loved that they have rotating food trucks as well. Service was nice as well.

Fun brewery with great vibe for hanging with friends. Massive outdoor area with covered or uncovered sections. Tons of beers to choose from and a decent cocktail menu as well. Interior is spacious and has a loft vibe with wooden tables and metal stools. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food trucks outside will keep you in snacks. There was a creole truck serving New Orleans flavors which was delicious. Also a taco truck on premises that had a constant line. We had a party of 40 snd were accommodated nicely. Parking is slim so be prepared to have to get creative.

I stopped at The Rayback during my quick trip to Boulder and loved the atmosphere. It gave the opportunity for both indoor and outdoor dining. The inside was very loud and busy on a Tuesday night with trivia, so we decided to sit outside. There were two food truck options - Grey Duck Eats and Passport. Both trucks offered numerous options, including vegetarian. We did not order drinks, but we did have a waitress come and stop by our table and ask if we wanted to place an order during our dinner, which was quite nice since we were very far away from the inside and were not expecting service. The outdoor dining offered plenty of seats, a softer volume of music, quaint string lights, and beautiful murals. I would recommend!

Rayback Collective is what a "collective" should really strive for: cool people, chill atmosphere, something going on almost every day, outdoor and indoor seating, and food trucks on location! They also have coffee here too!I've always felt relaxed here and not only because of the brews! The people here just seem so chill and happy to be there (even when working, which a lot of people do there). Rayback is definitely a nice place to go to when wanting to avoid the crazy party scene and would rather have a beer or two with a small group of friends.I have been here while concerts, trivia, and movie showings were going on. Depending on what you're looking for, Rayback seems to have something tailored for everyone depending on the day.Check this place out! Cheers!

It looked like a fun place to study or work remotely. Lots of plugs hanging from the ceiling and quiet. We enjoyed a few beers here to start our Boulder journey on some recommendations from a local friend. Loved the parking and being able to just relax a bit

Overall experience is a 1.5 star review:Parking is horrible. Bathrooms dirty. Food was sub par from all three of the trucks on scene last night (a Friday). Prices reflective of the hip/trendy spot = overpriced. Dog friendly, so that should get a positive acknowledgment. On to the food: it was all bland and boring (Guatemalan, Texas style BBQ and an attempt at Vietnamese). Yes, the place was crowded (there had been a private event inside the back room near the live music); but the food was ice cold (with the exception of the pulled pork from the BBQ truck - that was at least warm). Totally expected tons of flavors from all three based on the menu descriptions; yet that wasn't the case. Didn't even finish the meager portions either (we did take it with us to reheat at home; but no improvement on the flavors). Had to stop at Cosmic Pizza afterwards for something hot to eat. Won't be back to the Collective...

This place is cool. I really enjoy the set up of this place. The vibes are great. The service is friendly and quick. Drinks and food are delicious. I love the unique food trucks. I love how it changes often. I love the outdoor space. Parking can be limited during busy times.

I had high hopes for this business. On my first visit I came in for a beer and found they had a great selection and cool atmosphere. On my second visit they closed the indoor area for a comedy show, providing only two servers for dozens of people outside. After not getting served we left to never return again. Was the comedy show posted on their website? Maybe, but patrons shouldn't have to check a website every time they plan to visit a business to see whether they will be able to be served. Very disappointed.
