The Lucky Mutt

We were looking to discover a new lunch place around town for a good burger and Yelp suggested Lucky Mutt. The place is deceiving. From the outside it looks like a small local bar, but once you get inside you realize it's a HUGE meeting place. They have pool tables ($1 a game), video games and a big, long bar with lots of TVs within easy view. This would be a great place to come alone or with friends to watch sports. (Especially if you're a Nebraska football fan.)But sports isn't the only reason to check out this place. We ordered the BYO (Build Your Own) burgers from their new menu. They were juicy and delicious. I got mine with some pulled pork which was also very good. Our server, Paul J. was super helpful because we told him it was our first time there. Our food came quickly and Paul was attentive with our drinks.The place also has a nice homey feel to it. The name "Lucky Mutt" hints of a dog theme and the walls are covered with pictures of people's pets. The manager collects pictures of dogs that patrons email him. Then he prints them off and frames them for the walls. It's a wonderfully nice touch to make this place even more comfortable. If you're craving some good food or looking for a selections of beers to try while you watch the game. Check this place out.

Really fun locals sports bar. Very much a Nebraska hangout. Crazy amount of tvs. They have some great wings and the burgers are very good. Really can't wait to go back.

5/16/24 update - the male Thursday server is not attentive at all and could care less if we needed anything else after my husbands chicken sandwich and our beers were delivered. We were never asked if we wanted a beer refill and when we got our check from another server after trying to flag him down, we got double charged for beers. It's fine if you're busy but spread the love and check on all your patrons, not just regulars. Be better. Original post 2022: Went for a late dinner and a beer this evening since everything else in Littleton was closed after 10pm. It didn't disappoint! Vicki was an amazing server, so friendly and helpful. The bar has lots of TVs, a couple video games, pools tables and an outdoor patio with fire pit. I've almost stopped in several time before since we live close and I always imagined it a small bar inside but it's actually quite large! The food was pretty good for bar food, nothing I'm dying to come back for though. I had a Buffalo chicken salad and my husband had the Denver cheesesteak sandwich with au jus and tater tots. I will definitely keep this on my list of late night eats in Littleton and I look forward to coming back during the day to do some patio beers on a hot day.

Low key THE best burrito in town. I'm not kidding. Food and service is great even when it's busy. Great neighborhood hang.

This is my new favorite spot. Great spacious sportsbar. Local brews on tap. Food in this scenario is excellent. Man the fish and chips, the burrito and the green chili is awesome. The staff is fun customers are chill. But here is the best part....it's a Husker bar. And I'm from Nebraska so that was a pleasant suprise.....well for me.

Came here for lunch since my friend was dog sitting and really wanted the dog to join. They are very dog friendly and let the dogs inside. The service was good, they were nice but not too attentive. It took a while to be asked our order and also to pay the bill but no real complaints. It's more a bar/diner. The food was ok. My burger had sooo much pepper or something that tasted like it...almost made me sneeze every time I took a bite. The fries were very good. My friend had the chicken wings which she liked. Prices were ok. All in all an average experience.

Always the best service and atmosphere! Couldn't ask for a better neighborhood bar to bring your friends and family to!

This is a great place to watch a Nebraska football game! Great crowd and servers are working hard with a great attitude. The wings are excellent and nachos were piled high. Would definitely recommend, a great low key neighborhood spot!

Worst service and food. Never again will I go here , this place is bad and a dump. Very noisey. My burger was cold and food was not good at all. This place use to be Chatfields and it was horrible. This place is a joke. The food here can't even be considered edible. Disgusting, dirty trashy bar and grill.also don't eat any of the lucky mutts food unless you want to be sick the next . everyone that was sitting with us at our table got sick from the food. and also the trivia on Wednesday nights are a joke , the guy that hosts it is a total DICK! too .

The young man bartender came out with food and had extra wings and the party I was with stated it was not theirs. I stated then I will take them and pay he glanced at me and walked away. Everyone in my party heard me and could not believe he walked away. I've been here quite a few times and beyond shocked at the treatment not only I but how we were all were treated.
