I was pleasantly surprised how good the food was being in a hotel bar. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the flavors on the plate were dynamite. If you're staying at the Doubletree there's no need to leave for a good meal!

Decent food and nice selection of local beers. Service is horrible at the bar. 3-4 people working and almost everyone is being ignored. They care more about balancing their tips (I was listening) than taking care of people. I watched several people be ignored. It took me over :10 to get a beer and order food (yes I started a timer). It was not that busy. Manager needs to get on this.

I travel to the area a lot and always stay in the hotel that this restaurant is in. It seems to be part of Knife & Board, but I haven't seen the main restaurant open other than for breakfast since before COVID.This is the most convenient spot, and I'm always impressed with the food considering its a hotel bar! They make it so easy to grab dinner after a long day, and actually just extended their hours, which is awesome.I LOVE their fig and prosciutto flatbread OMG, so flavorful and the crust is so thin and crispy. I've had the exotic grains and vegetable dish, the hummus, the burger, and many other things (I travel here a lot) and have literally never had anything bad.They have a ton of good house cocktail options, wine by the glass options, and a few local beers.Would I say it's one of the best in a foodie city like Denver? No. But convenience is key and it still keeps me pretty impressed.
