I visited twice. First time was just for a beer at the bar. Second time I sat at the bar again, and ordered the chicken wings. Both time service at the bar was adequate, though a little lackluster. First time in, some taps were not working, which was OK as it steered to to the local beer Boot Strap. Chicken wings, and sauce was pretty good (half house, half Jack Daniels), but it's the first time I ordered wings "by the pound", with no option for less than a pound. I also did not find the sauces to be very different, but good nevertheless.Interior had many TVs with lots of sports showing. There is also a nice outdoor patio.

Sort of feel like 3 stars is generous, but here it goes. No tap list. Our server didn't speak English and I don't really mind it that much, but when there's a problem with the food, and all they can do is laugh and walk away, that's a problem. So we paid $15 for a basically inedible sandwich. It said on the menu it came with Au Jus. It actually came with a pork green chili. It was an inedible salt bomb. Steak turned out nice. The sauce they top the potatoes with could be better. I got the quesabirria tacos, heavy on the queso, if that's your jam. I can honestly say it's the 7th best birria tacos I've ever had. Tip guidance will give you appropriate tips based on the after tax, versus pretax, so be aware. I probably wouldn't even notice. But having to basically throw away a sandwich because you can como se dice au jus or salt bomb, and have to donate it to the trash. That stung a bit.

**Our experience was February 4th, 2024**Food was okay. The place filthy and the service wasn't great. Our waiter said he didn't even work there but used to and now is just a friend of the owners. He was also hammered and kept bothering the customers right next to us. Just the weirdest vibe.

This restaurant is in a decent-sized shopping center with a good amount of parking available. We stopped in for lunch the other day while running a few errands around town and were one of the first tables in for the afternoon rush. I did not realize that this place served breakfast, but put that lil' note in my back pocket because it is super close to home and we had a pretty good experience, so grabbing a bite during the breakfast hour might just be in our future...Pros: 1) Large, clean space that would accommodate lots of guests. 2) Friendly staff - always makes dining out more pleasant when people seem interested in connecting with you! 3) Food is cooked the way you want! I'm not a huge red meat eater, but requesting my burger is cooked medium and actually receiving the burger the way I ordered is excellent. Not quite pros: 1) At this time the only semi-complaint I have is that the french fries served with our burgers were not very hot and not seasoned too well. Not a huge deal, but I like hot, kinda crispy fries with good flavor and these didn't hit the mark this time.I think additional visits are in order to really round out my thoughts on this place, but they were great during the first. Food was yummy, order was correct, and the young lady helping us out was very friendly.

The food was great! We ordered the lasagna, fish n chips, teriyaki chicken broccoli, teriyaki boneless chicken wings, and the birria quesadilla. The lasagna was scrumptious. The fish n chips were pretty good. The teriyaki chicken broccoli were good and had a good amount of broccoli and chicken. The teriyaki boneless chicken wings were a little spicy but drenched in ranch, perfrction. The birria quesadilla was delicious and the meat was tender. The service was great and they were really nice. The place was very clean. Definitely recommend.

The service was not good. Our waitress came to our table and the first thing she said to us was "are you ready to order?" We had just sat down and she never introduced herself. We asked for the guacamole appetizer and she had no idea what we were talking about, so we had to point it out on the menu for her. Once the food came out she never checked on us again until we had been done eating for quite awhile. We asked for the check and it took 15+ minutes for her to bring it to us. The guacamole and chips were great! The bun on the burger was unfortunately extremely dry. The wings were decent. Honestly, average food but probably to be expected at a sports bar! The service was just not great.

I love their food. However, the servers are pretty spotty and I have been left alone for 22 minutes with 8 of those with an empty glass before and there weren't a lot of people there. I counted 12 patrons with 3 servers. The only time it is busy is on Friday for Keroke but go in on a Saturday and you'll likely find it closed around 10:30 pm. But, my biggest gripe is that it's $7 for a canned beer... Hazy IPA for those who know how much a 6 pack costs is a crazy markup. $14 for a tall pint of most of their drafts. Everything is overpriced, minus Taco Tuesdays and Wing Wednesdays. The only times I go now. Johnny, I love ya but it's why you haven't seen some in my crew in a while.... Be a neighborhood establishment instead of catering to the folks on the hill. $$$$. Pretty sure the RM makes more because of the price difference. You priced us, old-town working folks, out for the fool's gold on the hill.

We used to love this place, but it's just been going downhill. They don't seem to put any care into their food. After taking 6 months off from the Dugout, we decided to give them another shot and ordered some steak breakfast burritos. There was no steak, just gristle, the connective tissue if the steak. My husband and I both ignored our first bit of gristle, but it just kept coming and us and the kids had to dispose of the burritos. I'm honestly shocked at the fact that they would serve this!! Unacceptable! We used to love their tachos and even those have changed. We're done ordering from The Dugout!! What a shame!

The dugout is awesome. It's a local favorite. Most of the time when you go to a " sports bar and grill" you get sports bar, food, that's not the case of the dugout. They have an exceptional menu, their food is unbelievable. As far as the quality of ingredients, the presentation and the flavors, this is high-quality food. The service is great, the owners are great, they have karaoke, they always have the games on, it's a very cool spot. Check it out.Anybody giving a 1 star or 2 stars, is delusional. We have a bunch of these whack jobs who thought masks were going to save us during Covid complaining. People saying the food is bland, you have to be kidding me, I have been eating here for a long, long time, and I've never had anything dry or bland. That's hysterical. Don't read or listen to those reviews, those people more than likely complain about everything. Trust me, this is an awesome place, with awesome drinks, awesome, food and friendly staff
