I've been driving by here for a couple months ace finally decided to give it a try. Well, first off I'm glad I started work early because service was very slow. In fairness they do have a hell wanted sign up so I suspect they were short handed. Anyways I had the pueblo eggs Benedict. It was OK. Tasted like it had too much mustard. I also had an ice water. It tasted bad like mildew. I suspect the filter or ice maker are in need of cleaning. I may return later to give it another try. I may not.

Nice hole in the wall breakfast spot a block OFF of US-85.He had the breakfast burrito, which was giant and tasty. Also tried the signature cinnaminis which I snuck a couple bites of and they were delicious. Pancakes swirled like cinnamon rolls and drizzled with thick cream frosting that was just sweet enough.I had the biscuits and gravy, which were also generous and yummy.Kids pancake was the size of the dinner plate and served with bacon or sausage. The prices were reasonable and the service friendly. There were 4-6 other parties there, but it was not crowded. They have tables for 2-8 people as well. Nice that a small, local place can accommodate groups if need be.

Had breakfast there today. Nothing to write home about. Our group (5) had Huevos Rancheros and they were odd, nothing like any Rancheros I have ever had. One person had an omelette and it was odd too. Plastic cheese. I had a side of biscuits and gravy and the biscuit tasted like it came from Shamrock Foods, not baked on-site and the sausage gravy was very bland. It only had 4 pieces of sausage in the whole thing. Very disappointing. This might be one of the best breakfast places in Platteville, so I would say eat in a different town. Service was good. Plastic plates don't hold the food temp very well. Unfortunately, the heater in the restaurant was broken and has been that way for 2 weeks. Probably not an issue on some days, but this morning it was 28 degrees outside and 55 inside. My review doesn't reflect the freezing temps as I know that will most likely be fixed soon.

We went to your Platteville location this morning and essentially paid $40 for the absolute worst breakfast I've ever had. The chicken fried steak was two small pre frozen microwaved pieces of rubber. The bacon was so undercooked it too was like rubber. Our "grits" resembled something closer to chicken noodle soup. The mini cake was burnt on one side so all the syrup in the world couldn't cover up the taste of burnt cinnamon. We live 3 houses down from the restaurant and have become used to the overpriced and slightly underwhelming food but this morning was the absolute worst food I've ever paid for. When I returned the grits (which was truly inedible) the cook knew exactly why I was back and said "It's the grits, right?" We are so disappointed that the only restaurant left in this town would purposely serve such subpar food.

I've eaten at both the Plattsville and Milliken locations. Food is superb and service is excellent! This morning our waitress, Arielle, was very attentive and efficient. The cinna minis are like eating a delicious cinnamon roll! My favorite!!
