The Canyon House

This place is the proverbial hidden gem. I never knew there was a restaurant over in this development. We had reservations which were handled professionally and on time. We were seated right by the fireplace service was quick and the food was incredible. The drinks were also very good and unique. It's not a huge place so as they get more popular, it might be challenging. The bread pudding for dessert was especially good. They also have a great wine list.

Valentines Day dinner for 4. Newly opened restaurant so growth would be expected. They were using a set menu for the evening. We enjoyed the lump crab dip to start. The following salads and entree's lacked seasoning and the sauces with entrees were lukewarm or cold. The bar and restaurant is open design with high ceiling so noise level is high. Views are good off deck. Regular menu appeared limited bistro style. Prices not outrageous. Good luck to owner and staff.
