The Burrito Shack

This is a difficult review to do. I love the burritos here, simply put. But I have become increasingly angered every time I show up to get a delicious breakfast for myself and my family or co-workers and they are not open. I understand they are a small kitchen, but they have horrible hours. And even within their posted hours, the door is locked and the open sign is off. Maybe they are closed for good? I don't know. All I know is I will miss their food. I have to move on!

I used to drive for them the owner son is cheap could not even go up 5 dollars a day for delivery I traveled 72 miles a day to different gas stations to deliver burritos Mon to sat. Also there stove have not been cleaned in a long time and there frier as well oil that fries the potatoes as for there soda machine don't order the drinks the sryup is old really old taste bad Pepsi mountain dew all of it old. They don't wear gloves when making the food or wrapping them up. Dishes get washed every other day. Health depth needs to come in. It may look clean from the front. Don't let looks decive you.On 4/16/18 they got inspection got 16 critical violation in there restaurant there walls not being cleaned there floors there vents there stove and not wearing gloves and several others and resaling burritos that are day old . Yuke.

These are amazing breakfast burritos. They are as as good as Santiago's. They are a very small business, and some days don't open. There other food is good. I love the Carnitas burrito. I love supporting small local businesses that make great food!

We love this place! The owner is super nice, the place is clean, its take away food, or you can sit in the comfy chairs outside. Quiet place to just chill and eat some food and have nice convo! Everything is made fresh to order. Definately a place you want more than once!

The meat is like a pasty texture not impressed couldn't tell the difference between the burrito's. wow!!, and their never opened past 12pm (noon) great good luck guys!!!

So after eating 3/4 of this mornings burrito, I took a bite and noticed an added bonus, in the shape of a fly. Mmmm thank you burrito shack for that added protein bonus. After calling your establishment I was told its impossible, that they don't have flies at their restaurant ..... Lady its mid August... And why the hell would I just make that up? You get 1 star only because I had too.

My new favorite breakfast burrito place. Cheap prices, fast, and so delicious! Closed on Mondays, but that's ok. The Extreme Green Chili is good and hot as well. Cash only is the one drawback, but they have an ATM inside.

The Burrito Shack has wonderful burritos. In fact, since I am allergic to Nightshades (includes potatoes, tomatoes, and chillies) the Burrito Shack was one of the few places I could get a breakfast burrito any more. I usually order a gravy burrito without potatoes and call the order in, so they have time to make it and are not hard pressed to get it done. In the past this has presented issues with the person at the front counter (cashier) and the cook, generally mild complaining and irritation. I have called previously to talk to the owner about this but have never been able to get through to him, despite leaving several messaged with the woman that answers the phone. Today I called in the order for our office and the person on the other end said nothing about my burrito. When my assistant went in to the get the burritos the cashier said they would either have to stop doing this at all or charge me more. I don't mind a little extra charge for my specialized order, even if my burrito uses less ingredients than others. However, when the cook was told of the order the response was, "This order?" The cashier replied with, "Yep" and the cook responded with "This irritates me so much." I called to talk to the owner and he is unavailable, though I was offered the option to leave a message with the cashier again. I did not. I told her of the situation and she began back tracking, "Oh well that is isn't what we meant. "That is the other cook that gets irritated." "It is difficult to make." And so on. I informed her that I do not like being made to feel like a lesser person due to an allergy that I have no control over; she had no response. So while I very much enjoy the gravy burrito, due to horrible customer service The Burrito Shack has not only lost me as a customer but my whole company.

Love these burritos and awesome customer service! Yum! My favorite burritos in Arvada. Highly recommend .

I honestly do not understand how this place is open. I'd rather eat my dogs food than go here again.. Actually, I'd rather eat my dog's poop. Avoid at all costs. I should have known better after noticing everyone else in the neighborhood chose Subway over this place.
