The Bundt Shoppe

I placed an online order and was told that the system was down and they could not see it. I showed her the email where it showed confirmed as well as the payment that was posted to my payment card. She handed me a box that she said was my order and when i got home, and opened it, it is clearly NOT what i had ordered. I took it back and eventually they had made my order mostly correctly. I feel that if the system (Grub Hub I guess?) is down, they don't allow people to order on it. This was very poor service and a waste of an hour of my time. It had nothing to do with the sweet girl working who was doing her best, this is very poor management.

Maybe we just came in too early and only had the selections of bundt cakes left from the Friday night, but our trip wasn't great. The store is super cute and I was exciting to see a local bakery like this, but we ordered 4 of the small bundt cakes that sounded like amazing flavors, but unfortunately tasted the same as the ones picked up at King Soopers. The guy helping us was nice, but not very helpful (it was obvious this was our first trip).Based on the recommendations we had gotten from friends I really hope that was just an odd morning, I am sure we will try it one more time when we are over at Schomp again.

Silly me thought this was Nothing Bundt Cakes! It was tasty but NOT the same quality. The cake falls apart quickly so best to keep it as cold as possible all the time.

I ordered the 8 inch Red Velvet Cake. The Red Velvet cake was super moist and delicious. Every bite had a few chocolate chips and a good amount of frosting. This place isn't your classic bundt cake where they skimp on the frosting or just drizzle a bit. This place gives you a hefty amount. The ordering process was easy. You can send them a quick email to order. All of their flavors are posted on their website and every cake comes with their classic butter cream cheese icing.

I received a gift certificate for Xmas from my boss. I'm in California. I ordered some items to send to a Friend in Aurora. The Owner was very helpful! She did let me know they ship to me as well. I will definitely order for myself soon. Will update after they receive!

We ordered and paid for a Bundt cake on Dec 17th for a party on Dec 27th. We came to pick up the cake today and were told they would not be able to fill the order and that they were too busy to make a cake. When we asked for a refund, we were harassed and screamed at by the check out person. Worst customer service we've ever experienced. We have been loyal customers for over a decade but never again. Afraid to go back in the store.Update: We've called the store multiple times. Still no response from the manager. No refund. No apology. Nothing. We paid $50 for a cake and received nothing. Most recent update: we did finally receive a full refund and are appreciative that no further follow up was required.

The baby bundts were a big hit at my church party. Everyone loved the variety of flavors & said the bundts were very tasty. Love this place!

Used to be the best of all time, but the quality seems to have gone down since new management took over in the past couple of years. Seem to be cutting costs on their end while also increasing prices regularly for the customer. Lacking the fresh, quality ingredients that made the cakes SO much better than Nothing Bundt Cakes. I was a regular customer but not anymore :( Miss the old bundt shoppe!

This place is the bomb.My husband and I found out the gender of our baby on Christmas Eve, and the place originally going to help us bailed... This place stepped up and were so helpful!!!! And they have the sweetest workers!!!!Thank you for making our Christmas unforgettable!!!!

Site is down and then went in to get an order and told nothing is ready and 30 mins to make something.
