Although this is a small lobby restaurant in the Marriott, don't look past their signature Cherry Old Fashioned - wow! A class A cocktail and a wonderful bartender who made them just right ! Ordered Chimichurri steak and there seems to be a difference of opinion on medium rare (mine was bright red even after sending back) but the service (by same named awesome bartender ) was wonderful and truly made our experience the best - i only wish I would have asked her name for this review ! Within all the small restaurants and hotels in this area, we were pleasantly surprised ! We had a great time.

Despite being located within a 4 star worthy hotel, this Bistro is not without needing some improvement. Regardless, it still stands a solid fall back eatery if you happen to check in late like I did and need a quick, scrumptious bite to eat.Basically, the food was fine, but the service was....eh....bordering on unprofessional at points. Allow me to carefully explain..See, the whole thing (which is set up more like a bar) was being managed by a guy who looked to be in his mid to late 70s. Ultimately, he looked like he just wanted to retire and all those young whipper-snappers in the back were driving him nuts. Especially this one chic who was just trying to restock the beer fridge and at one point, I hear him go: "If you need to vacuum, you can just go home". I have no idea what that was all about. I just know NO part of that conversation should have been taking place in front of customers, regardless if I was the only one within earshot due to being the one guy sitting at the bar.I also noticed other anomalies, such as the ostensible mess at the bar which remained literally the entire time I was dining there. Not that I personally gave a crap. It just looks unprofessional and I've never seen anything like that in a hotel such as this. I'm just glad I get to rate this place separately, because the hotel overall was great (which will be covered in its own standalone review). The bulk of the 3 star rating comes mainly from the decorum of the dining area, the fact that it's located inside the hotel lobby, and the food was half way decent. Half way. Sooo..I got the filet mignon with fries because...carpe diem, I guess. I was originally gonna order the cheddar burger but...I dunno. I was feeling especially eccentric tonight. Who knows? Well, the filet was juicy and cooked to a perfect medium as requested. Unfortunately, it lacked seasoning, despite allegedly having garlic sauteed mushrooms on top (which were microscopic as hell, btw). Yeah...I felt like someone tried to put out a forest fire on my tongue with a screwdriver; because I could barely taste anything. I think I poured salt on my steak like, 3 times. But that's not really even the terrible part. Ya know what the terrible part was?The wait. The wait time for my food was ridiculous...even for a place as fancy as this. It took an hour to get my steak. That would have been all well and good if it was...ya know....GREAT! Alas, this is yet another phoned in attempt at serving contemporary food as fine dining when it's more along the levels of Applebee's.In other words, it's not really *bad*, per se. The whole thing just comes across as harmlessly average and forgettable. Be that as it may, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and granted them 3 seventy-year-old bartenders begging for retirement out of 5; the extra point being for their association with the Marriott company. I mean, they DO try harder than most, anyway.

A good place to grab some appetizers and a drink. A bit late and decided to stay in the hotel. Conveniently located in the main lobby. Ordered fries and quesadillas with bacon. Enjoyed the red dipping for the fries- sweet and tangy. Satisfying meal and the server was attentive and friendly.

We mainly just came here to get a quick bite to eat after checking out of the Marriot Hotel. I loved the Grilled Cheese and the dipping sauce was like a zesty, tangy sauce that gave my Grilled Cheese a shake! This bistro has more variety than most, but it is still quite limited. However, the quality is exceptionally good. There is a server, Mike, who has been there for sooo long which he is sweet and a warm conversation. I wasn't too interested in the full menu, just Grilled Cheese is my go-to. Nick got a burger nothing too deep into it. I liked it because it was convenient place to stop by!

Went here for a quick bite/beer before the flight. Even though "just a hotel restaurant", turned out to be a very pleasant establishment, high quality food and some craft beer. So much better than the other few restaurants on the block

Honestly I've read reviews for all around this area and couldn't pick a place to go. Obviously people are at a hotel by the airport for a reason. Everywhere else just looked like cheap food with high prices. This place was honestly different. The food was really good. I got brussels (which were delicious) and the pene vodka. The service was awesome. I really enjoyed being here tonight. Happy hour 5-7 and the bartender is bad ass. He is was sweet, but funny and took orders quick. Which is exactly what you want. The food, service and overall experience was way more than I expected from this close to the airport. Well worth your time and the best prices for some actually good quality food. Had on ESPN, CNN and E network. You can't complain here, nor should you. Top pick for a eatery and bar by the airport.

Portions do not match the prices. Quality was " just ok". I ordered the pan seared salmon and it as so over cooked it was dry and too chewy. The fingerling potatoes were good but asparagus was over glazed with olive oil. My margarita was yummy so I assume I could let that "cancel out" the sliver of over cooked salmon. They also gave me a HLF of a lemon as opposed to a wedge. I'm thinking the chef KNEW the salmon was OVERCOOKED and dry. Sad.

A very limited selection of items for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nothing that stands out but good if you are in a hurry or just want something easy.

The Bistro in the Marriott Courtyard Hotel by the Denver Airport has a great selection of food at pretty reasonable prices. I ordered the chicken pot pie and it was amazing. It had a nice flaky browned to perfection crust on top. The inside was filled with carrots, chicken, mushrooms and peas in a nice thick creamy sauce. It also came with a side of salad greens light topped with a vinaigrette. I loved it!In addition to the food selection is a wide beer and cocktail menu plus the decor couldn't be more inviting.
