HUGE wings and tons of fried pickles.

I've been chasing around this BBQ truck for nearly a year and finally was able to give their brisket a try. You see, brisket in Denver is...well...terrible. With the exception of the Whole Foods off Hampden (yes, for real), I've been let down over and over.Thankfully Texorado quenched my BBQ thirst. After reading some of the reviews I was a bit weary, but everything was fine tonight. I got the brisket sandwich, which came with coleslaw and potato salad - neither of which I normally like but really enjoyed Texorado's. The brisket was very flavorful, with smoke coming through very nicely. The cut was lean so it was a tad dry, but not in the way that all other Denver brisket is dry (most are like old shoe leather). Rather, the smoke made it candy-like at times and still rather tender, which I enjoy. Overall I'd prefer a more moist cut, but this was completely alright with me.Now if only they'd come down to Copper Kettle...

Such a crushing disappointment.Pros first:Chicken Tacos had good flavorPork Sandwich had good smokeDecent SidesFriendly staff who promised "Super juicy meat, best chicken wings you've ever had"Cons:Chicken (in both wing and taco form) was inedible. Meat had been overcooked to the point where the texture was jerky (wings) or sandy (tacos)Pretty pricey, especially for the let-downI LOVE food, and really try to make the best of it, but I had to throw the tacos and wings away. Should have brought it back to complain, but they were busy and figured if the chef was so blissfully deluded of the meat problem, he wouldn't listen to me.

I've eaten here a few times. As a vegetarian, I'm glad they have tofu and portabellos as options. The smoked tofu is really good, especially with the BBQ sauce. I find it fairly expensive though, at $10 a plate for tofu on a bed of collard greens with potato salad. But it seems that many food trucks are a bit overpriced, I guess to have us make up for their gas/travel expenses or something? Anyway, I recommend the tofu. I give Texorado 4 stars for the food. I give them less than 3 for attitude though. I'm pretty put off by my last experience there. I ordered the tofu plate but asked if I could substitute slaw for the collard greens. The guy acted all put out and sighed and grumbled, "I GUESS I can do that." I'm thinking, either you CAN or you CAN'T do it--just tell me straight up. He asked if I wouldn't just give the collard greens a try but I told him I wasn't going to eat the meal right away and thought the bed of collard greens might make the tofu soggy. He reluctantly did the substitution for me but sure didn't seem happy about it. The last thing I need is attitude when ordering a meal. I want to give you my money, and I want you to give me food. If you're going to act less than nice, I'll buy food elsewhere.

Several us ate the food from Texorado while visiting a brewery. We tried the street tacos, chicken wings and brisket (came with chips and slaw). They were out of pork though it was early, 5pm. I would likely give it another star but one gets subtracted based on a semi bad attitude. BBQ is everywhere in Denver and very good BBQ. I wont be back just based on the tude. They were not THAT busy and I told them several times, "just do whatever is easiest" and was basically told I was complicating things.I later realized there were about 10 empty beer glasses where the "cook" was doing his "cooking". Probably not a good choice of hydrating beverages considering it was only 4pm when we got there, the beer had already been consumed AND you seemingly get easily irritated by people trying to order your food. Sadly enough, if we see them outside a brewery we will likely keep driving (especially if hungry).

The chicken tacos with cilantro are awesome and the brisket is on point. I like the BBQ sauce too; good flavor and spicy. I get a chubby whenever I see these guys parked in Golden!

Very disappointed with the quality of meat. I ordered some beef brisket. Was super excited because I was the first customer. Usually means the best cut of meat. However, I was given two sandwiches with meat burnt to a crisp. Completely unpalatable and ended up eating only the sides. Would not eat their food again.

I'm pretty sure Snapple is full of shirt about being made from the best stuff on the earth. If not, how the heck are they making lemonade out of Texorado brisket? Anybody who has had a bad experience here should try it again. I've eaten here dozens of times, and maybe once or twice stuff was overcooked, but I'm sure Killian would bend over backwards to make the situation right. And if you're the type who needs her A kissed to feel important, please just stop writing Yelp reviews in general.

Being originally from the south, I understand good Texas BBQ. This is it. The guy was super friendly too. I usually go for the tacos. Insanely good.
