This Texas Roadhouse is always stellar with their service. We tend to sit at open seating in the bar area, but visit about once a week and are never disappointed with the staff. The food is consistent and in line with what you can expect from any Texas Roadhouse which is quality food for the price. It is not top tier dry aged A5 Waygu by any means but is is very good down home steak and comfort food.

Not a great experience tonight. It's crazy that they seem to always be busy, regardless when you show up. We did a call ahead to get on the wait list and were surprised to still have a fairly long wait when we showed up. Then we moved to the 'on deck' section and waited there (in the way of others) for several more minutes.Ok, so we finally get to a table, and our waitress was nice and attentive. My wife and I each get a sirloin, hers medium well, and mine medium, while both daughters get the chicken crispers.After another decent wait (luckily we had the rolls), we get our steaks. My wife's is medium well, and mine is actually cooked even more than medium well...somewhere between well and shoe leather.Our waitress apologizes and sends back my steak. Sounds like they'll expedite it, which would be nice because we've already been waiting a long time. She comes by a few times in the next 20-30 mins, and is a little surprised I still don't have a steak. I've finished my sides (which were just fair), and others at my table are almost done. My wife said her steak didn't have much flavor, and neither girl were wowed by their chicken crispers.Finally, the manager brings me another steak and asks me to cut into it. It's fine, I say, so she leaves. It still doesn't have much flavor, but at least it's cooked medium. When our waitress returns, I'm surprised that there's been no reference to them taking anything off the bill for such a long wait. I make a reference about, I assume we're not being charged for my steak, right? Our waitress seems a little taken aback by my comment but then says she'll go see what she can do.A few mins later, the manager comes by to see if there's still an issue or asks if the replacement steak was ok. I said it was ok but took a long time. Even though the meal was ruined, she can't seem to understand why I would be asking to not be charged for the steak. "We did go ahead and make you a whole new steak", she says. As if she was doing me a favor...or as if she could've somehow fix the first steak that was so massively overcooked. Luckily, I didn't really understand what she had said until she left. In the end, they took a whopping 10% off the bill, so an $8 discount on the $22 steak. Long wait, stressful night, mediocre food, and decent service...although management could learn a thing or two. I'm guessing we'll be back at some point but probably not real soon.

I don't understand the low ratings? It's always busy and staffed well. I've been here 6 times and I always get greeted immediately and service is amazing especially for a chain restaurant. Shannon was the first person I met when I sat at the bar. I've met three more bartenders. Everyone was welcoming. They all make sure they know your first name. They have a lot of regulars and I understand why. They make sure you are taken care of. I've tried a few of their dishes. Their steaks and chicken dishes were very good. I was impressed for a chain restaurant. They offer many sides to go with their entrées. I particularly like the green beans, steak fries, and even the red chili. The stuffed potatoes are huge! The steaks were perfectly grilled and I added mushrooms onions to it. The horseradish is delicious as well. I've tried their NY Strip, Porterhouse, and Sirlion so far. The ambiance is a Texas Roadhouse style setting. It's very loud though. Lot's of people there and it gets busy. I had to wait 3 hours to sit at the bar on a Saturday night. I still was served well. I would recommend reservations any day of the week.

We came in as a larger party of 7 on a bustling Saturday night and the wait was very long. While we waited for our table, we enjoyed some complimentary peanuts in the waiting room. One of the nicest staff members, Sophie noticed that the floor was ridden with peanut shells and took it upon herself to clean up the area. She later noticed that we were still waiting there after some time, and again took it upon herself to see if there was anything she could do to get us seated. After we got seated and enjoyed a wonderful meal and spectacular service from our server Mo, Sophie returned again to give us a small dessert on the house! We all thought that she was so sweet to go out of her way to make our night better. What a wonderful team, amazing service!!

Update 03/25/2024I received a phone call from the owner, he understood the problem and apologized for a) the confusion, b) for the service from the waiter and c) for the manager's attitude.He invited me and my family to give another chance to the restaurant.I also wanted to make sure nobody lost their job, because we all are humans, we make mistakes; the owner told me they don't believe in firing people, they believe in coaching teams, and that's great.I didn't delete the review because it's good for the readers to know Texas Roadhouse took responsibility for the issue and they made it right.I'm happy that everything is now clarified, because my kids love the restaurant and their bread!The review says 1 star But now I'm giving back the other 4 ------------------------------------

Stopped in for a late dinner. Parker location is always busy. Enjoyed the warm bread, good service and ribs. They offer 3 desserts: apple pie, strawberry cheesecake and Brownie. We tried the cheesecake. It was yummy!!

The rolls on the table looked good and we barely sat down at the booth and asked to be moved as the booth was very close to the table. The waitress went to the manager/ supervisor and they had no compassion. She had a horrible attitude as if I was asking her to give me her first born. All I wanted was more space as the booth was very close to the table. She did not want to accommodate and when I stated there was no room in the booth and would prefer a table she snarled while she rolled her eyes that they had a table booth combo. At that point I knew I did not want to give her my hard earned money. I have a choice to spend my money and it doesn't have to be some place where a small request is treated as if it is life ending.

We have been dining at this location for 15 plus years. Tonight was our last dinner there. They have really gone downhill. Food was ok, the staff had an attitude problem. I was refused a new table when I requested one. Our table didn't have a light bulb and we were td there was a short in the light fixture. So it was dark and we should have been moved. The waiter was a very uncaring person. He treated the older couple next to us badly.Looking forward to trying somewhere new next time. So are a great deal of others who have the same opinion. Nowadays avoid this restaurant everyone.

We had dinner there Saturday night , it was very busy and the server was great, I usually have the burgers which are very good, I decided to order the prime rib and specifically asked for medium temp , it came out rare and was very tough so asked for a burger which came out very quickly and I was surprised by that but then realized it must have been sitting under the heating lamp for awhile, the bun was rock hard and the fries were dry, so I just ate the meat and it was ok. I spoke to a manager, she was very nice but clearly not interested in taking responsibility for the bad food, sadly we like the place and we live close by

Went there on Christmas Eve for takeout. We were there 30 min early to pick it up. Waited for an hour and still nothing. I had to leave due to a previous engagement. They could have cared less that this was happening .I asked for a refund any still haven't received it yet. $60 still owed.Management has told us 3 times he would take care of it.Highly dissatisfied with them. Its stealing money at this point.
