Haven't been able to leave a 5 start review for anyplace lately. But the service here was impeccable tonight. From the hostess to the food runner, our server, etc. the food was yummy too. My hubby is always wanting a steak and I don't care for steak but there are tons of other options and it's definitely the best place for a burger. The loaded baked potato is killer. Also the country music bumping throughout is the chefs kiss.

Go big or go home? Yes friends, that's a 24oz prime rib right there. Is it on the menu with a price??? Nope but if you want it you can still get it. They can price it out for you. It was a special occasion so why the heck not. Also found out pretty much anything can be made a sidekick. This is their add a side of something so why not add that side of steak while you're at it. Busy place but always a smile. Consistency visit after visit with their menu and service. Don't forget to join the wait list while you're on your way.

Came here on Wednesday night for the first time after years of hearing about it. We came a little early to check in, waited around 35 minutes. If I had to judge on the food alone it would have been a solid 4.5 stars! I was impressed with the food especially the cactus blossom and chicken fried steak. Our waitress was also amazing. I wish I could remember her name, maybe Simara. She was busy but had such a good attitude. I cant say the same for the hostesses. Seems like to many cooks in the kitchen up front at the hostess stand. All of them seemed flustered and had a bad attitude. Since it was my first time here, I didn't know what to expect. It was very loud and crowded. It was a fun environment since it was gimmicky, and holiday decorated. Good for a casual meal but I would not consider this a nice restaurant more like a step below outback and olive garden. I doubt I will come back, not really my thing, but happy I know what the hype is about now! Overall 3.5/5 stars

So we came here for my daughter's 20th birthday lunch. Conlan (Corlan. It was a bit loud & I apologize, I didn't catch it clearly) our server was exceptional. We had 4 adults, 1 child & 1 toddler in a highchair. He was so very attentive, personable, professional & friendly. Definitely give him props bc he's who you want when you go into a restaurant. Kept us all very happy. Everything was delicious, drinks were perfect, service was exceptional; it was a very memorable nice meal for our family lunch. We've been here before & will definitely be back. Keep rockin it.

I asked for my soup before the meal it it wasn't brought. Asked for butter for veggies and it didn't come. Veggies were undercooked and steak was tough. Just an off night, I guess.

It's good for a chain steakhouse. I had the full rack of ribs and some were burnt pretty bad but not bad enough to send them back, I just ate them. I have had the bbq chicken before and really liked it. The staff is always super friendly and I like the restaurant's beliefs and culture. Just need to step up the rib game.

what was i thinking going to the McDonalds of steakhouses.the steak was awful, the app soggy and disgusting. The service was slow, yet they have a ton of staff on their phones. makes zero sense.The floors are disgusting.If you want McDonalds, then this place is for you.The only one star was the rolls & honey butter. That was good.everything else, terrible.

Terrible Experience for Large Parties - Take Reservations!If you have a party larger than six, don't bother coming here unless you're okay with being split up. They refuse to take reservations, which means they have no way of knowing a large group is coming--but that seems intentional. We were a party of eight celebrating two birthdays and expected a wait. However, the way they handled it was unacceptable.We were initially told our wait would be about 30 minutes, compared to 10 minutes for smaller groups. That was fine--we knew a big party would take longer. But after waiting 40 minutes, we checked in, only to be told it would be at least another 30 minutes. Their excuse? "The tables we picked for you are ready, but the server for those tables isn't here." Meanwhile, we could clearly see other guests eating at those same tables. How does that make sense?Instead of making an effort to accommodate a large party, they kept filling up other tables, pushing us further down the list. After waiting another 20 minutes, we told the manager this wasn't right, and all she could say was, "sorry, there's nothing I can do." No effort to fix the situation. At that point, we asked if they could just give us two tables next to each other. Ten minutes later, they seated us--not at two side-by-side tables, but in two booths back-to-back. So much for eating together. Of course, they rang us up as one big table so we had to pay extra, even though we were essentially two separate groups at that point.The most frustrating part? There was a large round table in the corner that was roped off when we arrived and still roped off when we left. When we asked why we couldn't sit there, they told us, "Oh, that's for the server who isn't here yet." Seriously? Why not assign a different server and let us sit together?The only saving grace of the night was our actual server, who was fantastic, and the server manager, who went above and beyond with our food. Unfortunately, the front-of-house staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful.If you're dining as a large group, save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else--either a different Roadhouse that know how to mange larger parties when they arrive or a steakhouse that actually takes reservations and knows how to handle big parties.
