Lovely ambiance. Enjoyed the live music greatly during happy hour but was disappointed there is NO happy hour menu with food/drink discounts currently. Visited Monday, 1/28/25.

More like a neighborhood bar than a hotel bar. The bar is located in the Renaissance Hotel lobby. The building was originally a bank and the setting is airy and comfortable. The bartenders are knowledgeable and helpful.

Wow what a random awesome bar find tonite! Stopped by the Renaissance Hotel & asked a guy what bars were good for Happy Hour. He mentioned "Teller Bar" (it used to be a bank back in the day). Beautiful interior decor w/stunning chandeliers & extremely knowledgeable bar staff regarding mixology/specialty cocktails. *Ask for Paul or Matt! Manager Brian was super friendly & had us taste their salmon appetizer. Salmon, creme fraiche w/ a crispy onion potato cake. It came w/truffle arugula...oh Ma Gawddd we killed it, it was amazing! They also had a Happy Hour $6 well liquor drinks, $6 local craft beers & $6 house Red/white wine. Hope you catch singer "Jack Hadley" when you are there, he was the singer tonite, he is truly talented artist. Perfect evening for my first time in Denver. Highly recommended!

We have been frequenting this establishment for a few months, a hidden gem in The Renaissance hotel in downtown Denver. The Teller Bar has live music and a great drink and good menu. A new chef has recently started and is bringing some great dishes. We tried the scallops today YUM!The food is good, the service is phenomenal and the atmosphere is wonderful! Thank you Max, Emma and Heather for providing wonderful service for our date night. We will be back

Good bar in a hotel that used to be a bank. Martinis were great and bartender was helpful and quick to check and make more drinks. For some reason my wife and I both had some weird feeling of the bar in The Shining. Funny thing is, that neither of us mentioned it until later in the evening after we had left the bar and when we were eating dinner at Ruth's Chris! Anyway, good place to stop in for a drink and check out the lobby that must have been some awesome looking bank at some point in the past.

This is a great happy hour bar. The staff is always courteous and professional. The drinks are reasonably priced for downtown Denver. The space is beautiful inside and there are plenty of comfy couches and chairs to choose from. Love all the bank vault stuff. Interesting place and a good bar experience. Don't listen to the nay sayers.

First time here for a quick drink with coworkers, the bartender made me my favorite cocktail. It was perfect. A tad slow making it as he served two other people while making my cocktail but I'll just throw that to taking his time to master the drink. For a hotel bar it is a hidden gem.

We work next door. Tried this for a recent happy hour. I know restaurants and bars are all not fully staffed up, but, the service was almost non-existent. We would have ordered food had we been asked in a somewhat timely manner (like, before 25 minutes had elapsed since our arrival). The fact that they include a 23% gratuity automatically might explain why the staff weren't very on their game. We shall keep taking our patronage to Guard and Grace when we want a "fancy" happy hour and local breweries like Woods Boss and Jagged Mt when we are more casual. My $15 cocktail was fine. It was just fine.
