Tejano BBQ

Fantastic service and excellent BBQ. The brisket was so tender and the bark was a delicious mix of salt, smoke, and sweet. The burnt ends look like they came from a food network BBQ competition. Emanuel was personable, courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend his BBQ for your families gatherings.

I consider myself a foodie and this was the best BBQ I've ever had! Ii can't say enough about Emanuel professionalism and talent for BBQ. We had the brisket and ribs, TDF!
