Tasty House Chinese Restaurant

So,I ordered for delivery and it said it would take about an hour and actually it arrived before that, so I was pleased. The crab cheese wontons were delicious, I also ordered vegetable lo mein, which was on point and savory. I wasn't too thrilled about the sweet & Sour chicken. Only because there was like two pieces of pineapple, four green peppers and about five or six chunks of onion. I definitely would've preferred a lot more vegetables with the SS chicken. The sauce was delicious, chicken was hot and crispy, but definitely did need more pineapple and peppers which make it taste amazing.. (Like SS Chicken should taste ) So if I order it from here again, I will definitely ask for more pineapples and peppers, especially for the price. Otherwise, everything was delicious, on time, hot and their fried rice was really flavorful as well. This was my first time ordering from Tasty house, I was dog sitting in Castlerock,, CO ,which is the only place they will deliver! Definitely worth it and will be dining either in the restaurant or pick up next time I go and bring my sister as well!!

What a great place near home! Their sesame chicken is just delicious, we also ordered the happy tofu and lo mien! Everything was very tasty. The service was quick and the waitress was very nice. We love how the whole restaurant is decorated and plenty of seating. It's a great neighborhood Chinese restaurant! It's also very clean!

We continue to be dumbfounded by a review average that hovers in the mid-3s. Food comes out fast, and service is always friendly and attentive. I can't recommend Tasty House enough when you're wanting a really good Chinese meal at very reasonable prices. This is consistently the best Chinese food we've had in Colorado. The egg rolls and soups are both fantastic. The orange chicken, mongolian beef, and noodles with chicken are large portions, have lots of meat, and are delicious.

Okay I've had this place consistently for 4 years and it is fantastic. I always do delivery and it's so fast and food is fresh and hot every time! My go tos are chicken lo mein, sesame chicken, mongolian beef and the pork fried dumplings(OMG best I've ever had). I feel like this place should be rated higher! Best Chinese in CR!

Fabulous and will return! Wanted to try something new and the hostess explained some of the items. I went with black bean sauce chicken. So fresh! No frozen veggie mix in rice here. Large fresh slices of veggies cooked perfectly. Chicken was tender and flavorful. And the wonton soup! Great broth and had several wontons in it. Everything was fast and they were really friendly and cool with us sitting and visiting. Loved it!

There aren't many options for Chinese food in Castle Rock so my expectations were reasonable. Tasty House was average and a good fix for your Americanized Chinese dishes (orange chicken, fried rice, etc). We ordered the Yangzhou fried rice (~$13) and the chef special, lemon chicken ($15) via their website. There aren't any descriptions of what is in each dish. You do not receive confirmation or an estimate of when you can anticipate your food. I was impressed the Yangzhou fried rice had cha siu and it wasn't salty. The lemon chicken is katsu chicken with a thick lemon sauce. It was thoughtful that the sauce was packed separately so the chicken didn't get soggy. By the time we ate, the lemon sauce had thickened so I'd recommend eating it fresh or warming up the sauce. It was lemony but not too much. It's nice to have an option in Castle Rock if you don't want to drive to Denver/aurora.

My fiancé and I love this spot! I'm very picky and a big Chinese food girl. Out of Castle Rock since we moved here this is the best I found! Love their Sesame Chicken, Egg Drop Soup & Rangoons. Love supporting them and definitely think you should try it.

The best the castle rock area has to offer. I always do take out. Wish they were located in downtown CR.

Good food. Nice people. Food heats up very well. Leftover food freezes well because the give too much to eat fast
