We have ordered to go from this location a few times and it is always fast, piping hot and absolutely delicious. This last time I added cream cheese to mine and that was the BEST move I could have made. It was the cheesiest and so messy and gooey. It was awesome. I will do that every time from now on. We order online and it is always ready when we get there to pick it up no matter how short the notice is. Great place!

Craving a philly cheesesteak and Taste of Philly hit the spot. The service was lightning fast and correct. And the employees were nice!The interior isn't the most inviting, but there are several spots to sit and enjoy your meal. Pepper Philly. Quite light on the bell peppers, but man was it still mouthwatering. The steak was cooked perfectly and the cheese was just the right amount. Plus it wasn't greasy like some phillys can be. I'd come back again!

Even though they post hours in the door, they are ALWAYS CLOSED. I've wasted several trips to this store and out of 10, they've been open once. Best subs, if you can get them. Don't waste your trip only to get here and find the doors locked and lights out!

Taste of Philly was just ok... especially when I have another cheesesteak spot even closer to work that really packed on the food for similar prices. I tried the Hot Popper Philly where I substituted the onions for mushrooms. To be honest I might have gotten one mushroom and everything about the cheesesteak was small... bread, amount of toppings... it was all lackluster. It had some nice spice with the jalapeño but that's about all the positives I could give.

I stopped in to see if it was true that they had the best Philly cheese steaks in town. Well , the sandwiches are decent! I was full and wanted to keep eating. The portions are big enough to eat and have some later. The restaurant is small but the seating is spaced out, allowing you to relax and chat with friends.The food is cooked fresh and made to order. This is a place that I will be adding to my lunch list.

This place used to be delightful. Now it is less than average. I can't taste the meat, the cheese is not obvious (it's a CHEESE steak duh), and clean your damn floors, this is a restaurant!

How can this be a Philly cheesesteak without cheese? Dry. Way over overpriced. We used to like this place but it's just too expensive for a dried out meat and bread sandwich without the cheese.

I may be slightly jaded having lived in Philly for many years, but there is nothing at this location that deserves writing home about.Bread was soft and good as it should be, meat was thin chopped steak'um style with no flavor, onions were tasteless and cheese was almost missing. If I may offer suggestion, cheese is part of the product name so make sure there is plenty and basic salt/pepper can go a long way to adding some flavor.Dining area felt flat with a non-descript mural on one wall and one in the drawings stages on the other wall. Just get some pictures of the city, team pennants and make it actually feel like a Philly joint.Also, give the place a good cleaning and a little love. But most of all, make the food good as currently from my visit, the "Cheesesteak" is lacking cheese and flavor.Oh, and Motörhead screaming in the kitchen area does nothing to help and I love me some Lemmy!
