This is my go-to spot for breakfast burritos! Really good size, very tasty and super reasonably priced. Service is always friendly and fast. Plus, they have a delicious salsa bar with a wide variety of green and red salsas ranging from mild to very spicy.Definitely can't go wrong giving this spot a try!

The smothered bean and cheese burrito was great. I enjoyed the salsa bar. Serving beans with the chips was a nice change of pace. Parking was a little rough, otherwise, everything was great!

Absolutely amazing!!!I cannot stress how amazing this place is. I came here after getting a recommendation from this auto shop and I am still flabbergasted of the quality, price, and quantity that you get! These nachos were $9 and was simply the best nachos I've ever had. I would absolutely recommend if you want great meal, while being conscious of your wallet.

The Birria de Chivo is like a fantastico Mexican Pho! The goat was so tender it just fell apart. They know how to build flavor profile. Some of the best authentic Mexican food I've ever had!! Thank you 7 Salsas!!

** FIVE STAR REVIEW ***I was recently suggested to try Taqueria 7 Salsas by one of my clients who is Mexican (actually from Mexico) because we were talking about the differences between Tex-Mex, Southwest Style an Authentic Mexican foods available here in the Mile High City.Taqueria 7 Salsas was explained as the closest to a real family style Authentic Mexican restaurant we have. He was right on every count. This smallish place is tucked in the middle of a Mexican owned strip mall building on South Sheridan Blvd. You gotta know where you are going or you could very well miss this gem. FYI: Parking is limited in the strip mall lot so be patient.Endless menu selections- seriously the printed menu is 6 pages! there are also Poster size menus posted to the walls of the dining area.About the 7 Salsas: All made fresh on site daily. Each one packed with vibrant flavor. Ranging from Tomatillo/ avocado Salsa Verde , traditional chunky tomato red sauce to a brilliant deep red colored Pineapple Habanero! Try all 7 - figure out which one(s) work to your pallet and menu selection.Service: As a blonde white guy I immediately knew I stood out. On both my visits so far- service was prompt and courteous. While most of their customers only speak Spanish, most all the servers and staff do speak/ understand English at a basic level.Food: all the portions are quite large. Example: my first visit I wanted to order two Ceviche Tostadas ($4.50 each) for dine in. My server convinced me to eat one and order another only if I was still hungry. After the first one- I wasn't. I was however delighted by the quality of the food.I returned yesterday to get some take away. I was impressed again by the size, flavor and quality of the basic burrito. They will make you the Basic Burrito with any protein choice. I got two Carne Asada and must tell you that this is probably the most tender, flavorful Mexican Style steak I have had.anywhereofall time.Summary: Go there. try anything. You are welcome

Very tasty food and the salsas were great too. I had tacos with fish, shrimp and lingua. I would say the lingua was the best. Huge variety of food. I will be back.

Interesting that the reviews for Taqueria 7 Salsas are all over the place. Here's the skinny, from my perspective. Easy access location on south Sheridan in southwest Denver, but parking can be difficult - limited parking and narrow parking lot. Very "spartan" dining room. Didn't necessarily rise to the level of "dirty" but also wouldn't have been described as "clean." Service was "OK" - not unpleasant, but also not particularly welcoming. Took a while to get waited on, place our order, and receive our order - then no additional service until we were ready to leave, and even then we had to chase down our bill. Part of the issue was that they appeared to be understaffed. Menu on the walls - lots of options - meals, burritos, tortas, tacos - we had street tacos which seemed to be a specialty - numerous proteins to choose from (lingua, al pastor, chorizo, etc). We had street tacos and they were delicious. They have a salsa bar which is always a nice touch. Value was good - street tacos were a couple of bucks apiece, or something like that. If I went back, what would bring me back? The street tacos, salsa bar and prices. Definitely not the service or the "ambiance." Will I go back? Possibly, but there are other taquerias with equally good street tacos, salsa bars and value, which pay more attention to their dining rooms, service and overall customer experience. It's a competitive market, and in the big picture, there are simply better options.

Well I was very disappointed with this Restaurant. It was very dirty, the paint is coming off the walls, there is trash on the floor. If the food would've been even decent I would not be criticizing the looks. But unfortunately the food was no where near good. I ordered a torta (Mexican sandwich)with Buche (pork stomach) I took about 4 bites and realized the meat was not cooked right. The fries that came with it where not prepared right either. Unless you want to be running back and forth to the toilet the next day. I recommend you stay away from here.

The few times I've been here, the food was very good. The issue is that no one speaks English. I've gotten by in the past with the little Spanish I know, but today I got a plate of cold food, Enchiladas generally aren't cold, and my server didn't understand what I was saying. She took my plate to the back and never brought me a new plate. I ended up just leaving. I couldn't imagine working in the service industry and not being able to speak, at least at a basic level, the local language.
